Possible to buy it cheaper on ebay and delivery would be faster.
No guarantee it's a genuine item from ebay. I actually bought four "genuine" controllers earlier this year and had to force a paypal refund when they arrived, all fakes.
And even on ebay, the fakes don't get this cheap.

Regarding eBay, you need to be cautious, what you are buying. fake products dont say Genuine Microsoft Product, if it ,you are protected by paypal.
