We wouldn't comment on what the competition is offering. It is up to individuals to weigh up the merits of each offer by comparing what is included in the offer and also the value that would be provided.
So it means this is not a deal, and you should not post on Ozbargain when clearly you are not compatible with the market.
The market price for qualified tax specialists to do a (very simple) tax return starts at $150. We are offering a flat $110. It is a very good deal.
If others are offering cheaper deals, then it is up to the consumer to judge which deal will be better after they evaluate all aspects.

Your firm is affiliated with ITP, which sits in the same end of the market as H&R Block. I don't know why you wouldn't want to comment about what appears to be your most direct competitor. Your managing director seems to have Chartered and CPA qualifications, it does not appear that anyone else in your firm does. I guess this is why you do not present yourselves as a Chartered or CPA Firm. Given all your other non taxation services, I would think you would be happy to do the tax return for free if you can sell them some insurance or whatever. But that's not for me to comment.

This is a genuine offer. We encourage under 21s (and in fact anyone) to use the free option offered by the ATO, but this does not suit everyone.

I encourage under-21's to try it out yourself. I did my first one at 16 all on paper forms (in 2001/2002).
etax was a bit overwhelming, but the mygov ATO website tax return is now super simple if you don't have investments, etc.

We all know 95% under 21 don't have investment propertie/stock portfolio. Maybe some deduction on stationary, educational stuff, deliver car expenses etc …think that's about it
They might want to consider using the free ATO mytax app in which case. This deal suits those who are looking for a qualified tax specialist to help them out.
Leave em alone, I usually pay $150 for a tax return including sole trader income and capital gains, so for others in the same boat with a more complicated than the standard PAYG stuff, this could be a good deal for them. Of course there are cheaper ways to get it done than this, but I'm sure the people who are paying $150 would find this helpful. I used to do etax but with an accountant i was in and out in 15 mins so I appreciated the time saver.

You're still not gonna have much luck here, ozbargain is a tough crowd. You'd have a slightly better time if you opened it up to everyone, not just under 21s, but I spose it gives the marketing image that you are helping out the young people which may be beneficial..
Encouraging this sort of deal here when a free option is available for the majority of <21's is irresponsible, I'm negging.
Would suggest the small percentage in that situation look at qualifications over price regardless. ITP firm focused on ITRs with a financial services upsell vs a full service offering is worth factoring in.

Typical targeting of dumb, ignorant, young people who think tax is complicated.
Clearly you limited this deal to under 21, as you know that vast majority of claims will be simple few minute jobs (they could easily do themselves).
