    I bought one on the last sale which as less than 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to come. Apparently they are on back order and there has been issues with getting stock. Probably why they're not on the website. Kind of annoying really…

      Bought a Rose Gold 12" Macbook for my sister during the last sale and still waiting for delivery.

      Using gift cards bought at a cheaper price it came to ~$1,450 so can't really complain about the wait.

      As a side note: these 10% off deals always seem to exclude iPad - are there ever any 10% sales on iPad?

        @ash79:

        Through work - we have an 'employee benefits program' which allows us to buy all sorts of vouchers and gift cards at a discount.

        Typically it's 7.5% off for JB Hi-Fi if you buy them normally, but during certain times of the years they will have a deal on where for one day only you can get them at 15% off, so I often stock up then.

    nope, student discount is only available with the apple store.

    if you want to go with student discount, make sure you click through student edge or student VIP as the discount is slightly larger than directly with apple's education discount.

    I'd get this as it's cheaper than the above. also, because apple doesn't sell last year's models, JB/Officeworks/Myer/everyone else sell them, if you have a credit card that refunds the difference in price drop you should shop with them.

  Has anyone received their MBP 15" yet? Still waiting and it's nearly been 3 weeks. Ugh!
