      yeah mine not working. Not uncommon for tracking numbers to lag about a week from my experience. I'll give it a few more days.

      Yep, talked to Live Chat since order was on hold. Was told "pure battery cant be shipped" and asked if I wanted to exchange for other item. Asked for a refund instead.

      Yep. I also purchased the 20,000 mAH. It has now been cancelled and the refund is being processed.

      Purchased and paid on Jul 16.
      "Dispatched" on Jul 19. (Status still says "dispatched" on the TomTop website)
      Tracking number never worked on the bpost2.be website.
      Only refunded when I queried the delivery.

      Ah well, USD 18.99 would have been an excellent price.
      (And the skeptic in me suspects that is why the order never shipped.)

    Anyone else have their order listed as "Dispatched"; but their tracking number doesn't work? I can't remember seeing an option to pay extra for tracking, so I'm not sure if the number they've given me is a dud number. Tried contacting their support team but no response. Haven't received any cancellation email; and checked through Junk folders and deleted items.

      I've got bad news for those who are waiting. It looks like TomTop have just neglected to inform all people who have had their order processed that they're unable to ship the item to Australia. I've just been speaking with one of their reps:

      we are trying to withdraw it
      we will refund you once we get it back

      Looks like the lucky ones are the people who ordered late; as TomTop knew that these ordered would not be able to ship; and they cancelled the order and refunded the money straight away. For those of us who's order went to dispatch; we're going to have to wait until they get their stock back before they'll issue a refund.

      Two thumbs down to TomTop for their lack of customer service in notifying people that their orders couldn't be filled.

          @saxphon: Yes; but what did the person who has already received their order buy? It might be that they only ordered the Wifi Amplifier, or the Earphones. I haven't seen any other instances of the power banks landing for anyone; and based off the conversation I had with TomTop, it sounds like they didn't know they couldn't ship power banks to Australia until some of their shipments failed.

          Hopefully yours will come through; but there's a chance it might not.

        It's so weird how some are getting through, and others are getting rejected. I really had trouble getting any valuable information from the guy I talked to on their chat service.

        Hopefully no dramas with the shipment; and at least some people will receive their orders.

    I received an invalid tracking number as well, and lodged a Paypal dispute yesterday as I felt that none of them were likely to arrive. TomTop have automatically refunded the payment to me. So that's that then!
