It loads funds into your iTunes account, so if your iTunes account is the billing point for these services, then yes you can.

Is not true. It's currently 15% off at Officeworks (except for the $20 card which is at no discount).

It's because the other stores aren't discounting the $20 one, so neither is OW.
OW reduced the prices to match Coles and Coles didn't do the $20 one either, which has become a common thing (to not discount the $20, probably not enough margin).
It's even in the title of the Coles deal..
Have a look again today. Just got a price beat at OW.
That stayed because they don't need to price match anyone, $20 card isn't part of the 15% off promo.
I would say Woolworths is just playing catch up to the Officeworks deal.
Well as said above, it was Coles first with the 15% off deal, then it was Officeworks, and now Woolworths. Or was it the other way around, Officeworks first, then Coles.
