This controller is amazing. Way more responsive, sexy, comfortable and weighted.

Do note that rechargable battery packs from the regular controllers will not fit and allow the back cover on.

fun tip if you're using the OG Xbox One after 1 year having it sitting on the hotish vent it cause the rubber grip to peel off however MS were wonderful and replaced it even though it was out of warranty! :)

That deal was a nightmare. The deal got ozbargained and they did not have enough stock to supply all orders. Some people had to wait months to got their controller.

I thought the same thing until I actually got one. It's a sturdy, competition standard controller. Impossible to go back to the standard one.
It's the device that connects you to the game physically, like a steering wheel in a car. When it feels great, it just feels 'right'. Go for it if you have the cash to spare.

I use a standard XB1 controller only for rocket league on the PC maybe a sum of 6 hours a week and so far I've had two fail..
I have old xb360 controllers which are donkeys years old and still work fine. I'd never invest this much in one of their newer gen controllers IMO.
