It wasn't in my optus perks dashboard but I checked my optus email and there was an email & link in there. Try your email first.

I was not rendered a mullet, so they fail the stunning test, unfortunately. While they're nice pics, I've seen far better ones, in larger quantities & also free, so I'm pretty bemused with this 'generous' perk & jealous I missed out on OP's one.
