i just went to the service desk (located on lvl 2, near H&M) and picked one up from there this afternoon.
otherwise they are usually found scattered around the public seating areas' tables.
So no strings attached- you simply get a free grilled pack with the voucher? Everywhere else needs a purchase of some sort, or buy one get one free.
