Your name could be - Sam, Samantha, Samara, etc.

Edit: Uber have been known to steal money from your account even if they've given you a $0 receipt.
Took my nearly a week of calling up and sooking/threatening to get my refund. Some ozbargainers had to resort to a chargeback.
So I'd go with a new account, to be safe.Second that comment about Uber debiting your account when the trip should be free. In my experience their support were less than helpful in rectifying the issue (with basically no response received).

Turns out my enrolment didn't work, but I contacted their support on Facebook and they fixed it up for me.
My Sam* got no confirmation. He didn't explicitly enroll, other than creating an account.
I caught an uber today and it was free. $0 on the email receipt with a mention of the promo.

Yes enrolment has expired but the actual promo doesn't end until 27 Aug
Sam and I agree. The Amex deals aren't marked as 'expired' when enrolments are full for example.
