Hi @potplanty, The conditions for both are simply. We will cover the cost to pick up from your door and return the mattress if the below is met and you are not 100% satisfied with your new mattress.
The mattress has been slept on and protected for the trial period (30 to 100 days post-delivery)
The mattress is not soiled, stained or damaged, and is in the same condition as received
No more than two mattresses from a single transaction are being returned and refunded
Two mattresses return per household. This will be determined by the delivery address.

They don't really sell latex mattresses, they are foam mattresses with a thin latex topping.
Interesting..these any good compared to Ergoflex, Ecosa, Greywing, etc.?
