Well according to their Shopmonk website, it say it support B28, which would make it the G935FD model. But does mention that it's Quad core which would make it Model G9350 which doesn't support B28.
Need the rep @shopmonk to confirm which model is being sold.

As per EVERY other dual sim, it is NOT Australian stock.
I believe it does cover Band 28, but is not Australian Stock.
EDIT: Upon further discovery, depending which model Shopmonk is selling;
- G9350 doesn't support B28
- G935FD does support B28
