After launching the Moto G5 late last month with a 4G/2G setup for their Dual-SIM handset, Motorola Australia has advised Ausdroid that the testing to update the phone to a 4G/3G capable dual-SIM setup is now underway.

Thanks OzSikh, I purchased one of these a couple of months ago at $227 direct from Mobileciti and my wife has wanted one ever since, however this is the first time they have been close to $227. Its an amazing phone for the price, really happy with it.
Tips -
1. THIS is a G5, NOT to be confused with a G5+ which is slightly higher spec
2. Chop-chop for torch, twist-twist for camera!

4. Definitely dual SIM (some spec say only G5+ is dual SIM) although I havn't tried putting anything in the 2nd SIM spot. It will take 2 SIM + a micro SD.Same here, very happy with it

I don't think so, I just installed compass App by Gamma Play and it said no Magnetic Sensor. (Spirit Level App by Gamma Play works fine)
How does this phone compare to NEXUS 5X 16gb around same price point?
Is it 4G/3G dual sim or 4G/2G dual sim?
Edit: 2nd sim 2G only so useless.
