"Lumens Flux : Red 45-75Lm / Green 100-150Lm / Blue 20-50Lm / Warm White 400-550Lm" seems pretty low lumen output, would one of these globes mounted to the centre ceiling of a bedroom be enough to light the room sufficiently? I'm doubting one of these would be enough for say a dining/lounge room?

It would not be enough for an entire room. It will be quite dim. I'd suggest three of these.
You are better off with LifX for ceiling centres - cost more though.
I've a LifX (1100 lm) in my lounge and it gives enough light. Half the brightness wouldn't.
Depends on how big is the room, I have one in a double garage and it's good enough for me. The LIFX Ive got in the bedroom is too bright, good thing is you can control the brightness.

For those interested, Yeelight wifi bulbs are now handled by Google Home directly, rather than having to use IFTTT…

Just got an email from banggood saying that my order has been cancelled due to no stock! I had chosen to wait for the stock when the notification email sent to me and have been waiting for 3 weeks! Very disappointed!!! :(

I received mine on the 31st last month as above.. It was on back-order for a month.
Edit: It took about 1 month to arrive, as is usually the case from China +- 2 weeks
The later you ordered, the later it was to be sent.

You control the dimming via software, so it won't matter as long as there is power into the socket.
