sorry didn't have time to turn it on and test it but I believe there is 12 months warranty on it so there is nothing to worry about!

    Got my black one. Saw somewhere that once you hack it you can use PlayStation controllers on it. Will be handy for local multiplayer.

      Damn mine looked rough…

      Even had a screen protector on it to hide scratches more than likely.

      The vibrate felt wobbly to.

      Came with Mario Kart though so that was a bonus and a sensor bar.

        Damn… Mine have some scuff on the main console, not half bad on the gamepad. Also came with the sensor bar.

        I just had a look on ebay, you can get nicer decals to cover up the console and the gamepad. but personally it's too much effort.

        Might be too late now but you can take it into an EB store and get an exchange on the gamepad if it's faulty / damaged. That's what I did when mine arrived with dead spots on the touchscreen, the staff there did a quick swap with no questions (had the receipt obviously but they knew it was an online purchase).

        I reckon they might even have exchanged the console too if I'd asked but mine was in ok nick and I'm not overly concerned if it works.

    been wanting one of these for a while but not willing to pay the prices on ebay and Gumtree which to me seem a bit too high. Bought the Premium and it has arrived and is in very good condition!!!! So all smile here :)

    The previous owner of my Wii U had already purchased "Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old is Your Brain" :)

    Even though the console had been reset to factory settings you can still download old purchases for free because they are linked to the console. Thanks unknown previous owner.

          I searched for a game I was going to buy on the nintendo eshop and I was surprised to see that it said "already purchased" so I just got to download it for free.

          You can view previously purchased games in the Wii U Store, under download management. They won't necessarily show up on the home screen if the Wii U was wiped but will be available to download again there.

          In my case I wasn't as lucky as the other poster, but still had a few cheaper games available (Wii Sports, Party, etc.). Worth checking!

      Can't tell if you realised this from your comment, but that particular game is commonly used to add Homebrew Launcher to the Wii U (ie hack it).

      Normally to install Homebrew you need to purchase a VC game from the store, Brain Drain happens to be the cheapest but it's still $10 AUD. Previous owner did you a massive favour if you decide to look in to Homebrew!

    Mine came without charging dock and sensor bar from last generation console, Wii. The condition of the console I've received is below avarage, as somebody used sandpaper. I think what you have got is just amazing, mine will be going back to the shop.
