    Thanks, always useful.

  • So blinds are included if I measure and cut myself?

    • +4

i don't think blinds are covered under work cover

  • print few vouchers as one voucher per item

You have to scan your VIP card, so that won't work.

      • +1

Your VIP card doesn't track the use of the voucher, so you can use the voucher multiple times with the same VIP card. So usually limited to one per day, but nothing is stopping you from using one at every counter in the same store or across different stores in the same day.

OK, the electronic systems won't track you, but the staff might, so you go to a different counter to avoid tracking by staff. Nice.

There used to be this chick working at my Spotlight, and when i was asking her about curtain colours and whether they'll match what i had she said something like "I don't think the fashion police will be after you". I miss her so much.

  • Looking for a quilt cover set for king bed. Aldi has them for around $70. Is this a better deal?

    • Yes.

  • LOL, they should not say '… Any Full Priced Item' and then exclude a long list of stuff (including all 'home electrical appliances').

    • I see where you're coming from, it is a bit annoying.

But that's nothing compared to the Nike Factory's 'store wide' sale consisting of a single row for clothes being laid across the entire width of the store. =D

I'm happy to call this one a win.

That's generally how the English language works.

What they are doing is perfectly fine: they're saying everything, with exceptions.
The exceptions are limited, and pretty consistent with what they always do.

It's better than them simply listing what is covered, as you'd end up with not only a longer list, but it would probably be less clear given you don't know their full offering.

      I love Spotlight.
When you mess with them, you mess with me.
