    Attention all ozbargainers:

    To all the customers who have not received their NZ SIM card from our previous 40% off special, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

    We had a major issue with Australia Post which caused our SIM Cards to be held in their depot and among some where lost in transit.

    We will now be shipping using priority service labels which guarantee delivery, as the batch of packages get mixed in with the express post parcels.

    For any customers who still have not received their SIM Card, please contact us ASAP so we may organise a replacement or a refund to be sent out.

    We have responded to all customers online and have sent over replacements to rectify the situation as fast as possible, we are here to help and we are definitely not here to wreck your travel plans! We just want travellers to stay connected abroad and avoid using roaming charges so that it is cheaper for all Australians.

    Again, we sincerely apologise about the situation and we want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to situations like this which we did not anticipate on happening.

          I've previously done that Sarah via this forum and email. Both were ignored.

          I've now lodged a dispute with my bank.

    • Can vouch for the replacement sim shipment, received them a day or two after our correspondence

      Sorry but you lost me.
      No response after I opened a case on paypal. Now Paypal have taken over to resolve the case.
      Now you send me PM to say if I have received a card ordered over a month ago by your new guarantee delivery - guess what no I have not received it!!

        we sincerely apologise for the slow response as it was a massive issue to correct with Australia Post.

          The problem has been corrected now and we have issued you a refund, again, we're really sorry you had to put up with this, this will never happen again.

    • Bought on Thursday 14th and got confirmation email today. Tracking number does not work just yet though.

  • Tracking number totally didn't work however I think it did arrive today but I wasn't at work to pick it up. So far so good for me. Will report back in early Nov if it doesn't work!
