Personal question. I don't rate it that high for the price.
Cookies n cream: I prefer Connoisseur as it has more cookies than cream.
Saying there's cream in ice cream is like saying there salt in salt and vinegar chips. Why isn't it cookies ice cream ? Or vinegar chips?

Ben's ok but Jerry's a bit suss.
I like it, but mainly because it has texture and better flavour compared to other ice creams. As for value you can pick up a coles/woolies version of 'deluxe' ice cream for half the price (in the same size container), and they are half the weight or full of air or something. Just not as dense as Ben and Jerry's.

@Meconium: you are correct. I never realised it was spelled incorrectly, as it sounded more like I have it.
It makes you realise what good value Connoisseur is by comparison. It's been half price before (about $6.5) and even then i think it's still outrageously expensive. By comparison Connoisseur is frequently $5 for 1L (2.18X as much). I tried Cookies and cream and then tried the connoisseur the following week and if i'm honest I couldn't tell which i preferred despite the fact that one is about 2.7x as much per litre.
IMO nothing special.
I rather Sara Lee, Connoisseur or Messina.

Why is this so expensive here in Australia? I buy this in a 500ml tub when on special in the UK for 2 UK pounds currently $3.40. It must cost a lot to export this here.

Why can't cheaper brands make good ice cream? I mean really? I like baskin robbins cotton candy but a tub will set you back a cool 15 odd bucks.
