I found this today while researching NBN providers.

The Netcomm NF10WV is half price at $49.95 with their plans at the moment, and you can get a further $20 off with the coupon 'SPECIAL20'

Unlimited plans start at $59.90 (up to 12mbps) with no contract.

Hope someone finds this useful

    • Yes please

      • Ok I think i have corrected this now

        • Maybe include the available plan options in the description as well?

        • And include Tangerine Telecom in the title.

  • I think this is better offer than that though the modem is not a great one we can change it.

    • Thanks for this - that looks good

    • it seems you are comparing different things, OP deal is good for setting up an unlimited plan with no contract or setup fees

  • I've accidentally clicked 'I am Associated with the Store' - i thought I was confirming I wasn't associated

Lol all good, we have all made that mistake before! Think you can uncheck the box when you go to edit.

Thank you for the first post, have a great week!

Look in to the Telecube deal. $69/month for 100/40 1TB/5TB Plus $99 set up fee.

    • Thanks will do

yeah be a bit wary of unlimited deals, they tend to be oversubscribed and you get all that peak hour congestion horror show you've probably heard about.

telecube deal is a Whirlpool offer, but before you sign up, have a squiz at the NBN & ISP forums before you commit.

    • I can second these guys, a great deal for what you get. I've been with them for a few months and haven't had congestion issues ever.

      • telecube or tangerine?

  • Title says $29.95 for unlimited NBN but description says unlimited plans start at $59.99, coupon is only for $20 off

Very deceiving plan not sure what is the deal here for basic speed plan

    • +1

title says the modem is that price.

      • better sell the NBN plan and not highlight the crappy modem

        • i just thought the $29.95 modem might be interesting to some rather than the usual price of $99.95. Oh well

        • @kaylajandrews: ok what is the speed of basic NBN plan at that price? put in description somewhere.

Speed advertised on their site for basic plan is between 2Mbps and 12Mbps which makes it on par or slower than ADSL2+ speed some of the people are getting out there.

What are you even complaining about?

        • @Diji1: of course this was the promised NBN speeds and this modem is more than enough to provide such service to you

    • i don't think you have to buy it with a plan? though not sure about the practicality

  • Amaysim is offering netcomm nf17acv modem for 90$ instead of 140$ and modem is way better than this deal . Their monthly unlimited is also 40$ for first six months .

I am using internet no down time as yet . I will have to check speeds at peak time if anyone is interested(netflix works gr8 at peak times). Only problem i had was it took them 3 weeks for NBN connection as my unit is new with no previous connections so they had to wire fibre to my home and install the NBN box . it costed landlord 300$ known as development charges .
