No Transfer Fees When Sending Money to India

Good deal when you get a call from a Telstra Tech to tell you that you have a windows virus.

So that is why you were missing online for awhile. Glad your computer is virus free now.

    • I thought they announced themselves as calling from “Windows”, part of the scam is ensuring that anyone with a clue quickly hangs up. It’s not in their interest to waste time with you. Same reason spam often has spelling errors and red flags, it’s actually intentional.

      • they announced themselves as calling from “Windows”

My reply would be why they are using Windows and not Doors like normal people…

        • Normal people call from doors?

        • @LoopyLou:

          yep

Should help with paying of my mysterious debt to the ATO. I didn't know they were out sourced to India now. I'll let the angry ATO man on the phone know about this deal.

Not the best rates Instarem gets Rs 50,670.38 For $1000.

    • Good stuff. Just refreshed both at the same time and Instarem is better by 40 or so rupees.

    Malcolm Turnbull approves this message.

  • I always use western union since there are more outlets to send money worldwide. And it's always free.

    • but they screw you on the rate.

  • https://m.remit2india.com/ use this one ☝️

    • that sucks, ICICI fraudsters, stopped that 5 years ago and never looked back. their guaranteed rate is way lower than any of the others.

Remit to india is 50 Cents more expensive than Transferwise even with their fee.

Use Citi bank Plus account- FREE international transfer of fund overseas and also NO EXTRA CHARGE to use their card overseas in any (most of the big banks) ATM to withdraw money. Also generally has a good exchange rate as well.

  • Good deal marginally Cheaper than transferwise, NZ based company,
