    As always:
    - check which country's Asos site is cheapest with this price checker tool http://www.codesium.com/asos-price-checker/
    - pay in GBP
    - don't forget Cash Rewards 3.50% cashback

      So kind mate. Thanks.

Yeah this should be a template for all ASOS deals. :)

    • Thanks! Have just told my sister, who shops on ASOS a lot.

    • I'm having trouble paying on ASOS Spain, not sure why.

Using your tool, it seems using the ES version and paying in GBP is cheaper than AUD on the AU website.

      • doable, just perhaps not worth the effort depending on the varying price difference for the item you want.

you can't use the search bar because things like black will be 'negro' on the spanish site.

What I did however is simply copy and paste URLs on the Aus/UK site and replace it with country code 'es' and then start shopping from there. But it does get tricky when you want to include cashrewards as well.

In this instance, it was worth the hassle of returning my original order without the discount code to ASOS (my items are actually arriving tomorrow, so I'm gonna still wear em and return the new batch under the old order). Difference was nearly $33AUD (~19GBP) using the discount code and the spanish website in GBP.

        • I had no issues browsing and adding to the cart on the ES website. It was the payment stage where things became ugly and I gave up and decided to use GBP on the AU website which was a bit cheaper when using the Citi card.

    • Great comment, bad timing for the deal in general. Just bought a whole bunch of stuff 2 nights ago.

    • wow i didn't know about this!!!! You saved me $60 then another 20% off on top thanks!

    • do they still offer free return to international sites, I couldn't find anything after a quick search

      • +1

i was gonna return something then i changed my mind but afaik, it was free.

        • thanks dsta

turns out I can't actually find the item when I search the spanish website for some reason

buying from the Aussie site in GBP actually makes a big difference so just going to stick with that!

    • Also never knew this. Just saved an additional 8 pounds on a ~50 pound order!

    • pay in GBP

      Good Boy Points?

Hmmm too bad they've just increased the price (~10%) of the shoes I've been keeping an eye on (Adidas X_PLR range)

    • tbh mate $73 Aud delivered is great for X_PLR. They're selling for $140 in stores here

    price jacked up

    • Yeah I've noticed this with a couple of items I want to buy =/. Most things go off sale as well.

  • If you order from a particular country ie Germany, even though it's cheaper, it seems to extend the shipping time eg. from 9th November on the Australian site to 21 November on the German site. Still free shipping. Anyone know if the order is still placed with Australia warehouses?

    • The Australian site ships from the UK. Beyond that, I'm unsure.

    • i guess i'll find out. ordered from spain asos and eta is 21 Nov. Maybe when they are about to fulfill the order they may realise destination and ship from nearest warehouse.

  • Thanks for this OP, got some much needed gear!

  • Got shoes. Thanks OP

If you convert to £GBP, CashRewards does the conversion to AUD for you at a lower rate.

    eg.
    £GBP20 -> $AUD34

    CashRewards has it as $26AUD…

  • Make sure you check other sites before you buy, saw a $200+ pair of jeans on sale for $89, checked another site which had them for $119 rrp and on sale for $39 T_T
