  Oh god. No, no, no. This industry has a pretty horrible reputation and now they're bribing you to hook a friend with the promise of a 'free' gift certificate? A friend already bankrupt? (insolvency is a requirement for this)

  Fees are hidden, contracts are severe and onerous. This can help some people but be VERY careful.

  so what are all the fees/costs associated compared to other companies that makes this a deal?

  for example. $50 off something thats $500 more expensive than other companies is not a deal

  Negging due to major issue with vendor. In their line of business, they are entirely aware this statement …

  … is a promise which cannot always be kept merely by satisfying the eligibility criteria disclosed in Associated OP's description. Furthermore this is the most distasteful post I have ever seen on OzBargain and I sincerely hope it is removed soon.
