Youfoodz - $20 off (Min Spend $69)

541
YFFAM-20

$20 off your next order. Min spend $69. I understand that quite a few people feel cheated when the code a while back was not honoured, and call them fraud. However, that's no reason to downvote my post.

  • They gave me a $20 code for all orders until dec since that incident.
    Haven't tried it though.

    • What do you mean? you got a code that doesn't expire?

      • Yes 20-OFF-2017 All orders over $69 till end of the year.

        • “Customer information does not meet the requirements for the 20-OFF-2017 discount code“
Looks like that one is linked to your account :-(

  • +8

    rip off

  • +5

All they did to me was not deliver 7 meals for $0.00, I can forgive them.

  • -3

Time wasted cannot be refunded. If you earn $30/hr, 20 mins in picking meals and filling in the form cost you $10. Plus the feeling of being treated like an idiot.

    • -2

You would've been paid that $10 regardless whether or not you were slacking off at your job.
But could've lost your job in the process, good on you.

      • +1

Not all jobs are provided by someone else. Do not make assumptions arbitrarily.

        • -4

Oh yeah? Why don't you have another cry after you lost some $$ typing up the comment.

        • @FIVEDOLLAR: Don't be ashamed into anger. There are other downvoters lacking common sense like you. You are not the only one.

        • -1

          @RimofLeo:
And what am I angry about exactly?

I wouldn't be telling people they don't have common sense when I took 20 minutes to fill out a simple form and lost $20 in the process. ;)

        • +2

@FIVEDOLLAR: Self-employment is not uncommon, but you and some downvoters did not realize that (Lacking of Common Sense). I was not saying anything against other people. Feel sorry for your ill-logic.

        • @RimofLeo:

You clearly have no idea what you're saying.
Just because I assumed something doesn't mean I don't know the contrary.

Please, if anything (Lacking Common Sense), I really wish someone would just give me $70 of free food while I fill out this form huh? ;)

        • +2

@FIVEDOLLAR: I got it. You do know the contrary and you still made that assumption to oppose :)

        • -1

          @RimofLeo:

Yeah, I should've assumed you were unemployed receiving government benefits instead.

Or maybe you could've been getting some good ol pocket money after mowing some lawn.

          Or maybe.. Hm.

        • +1

@FIVEDOLLAR: Does that makes you feel any better by making these awful assumptions? You must live a bitter life (assumption lol) and were seeking for a way to release the negative feelings. Good on you.

        • -2

          @RimofLeo:

Now now. cough Don't be ashamed into anger. cough

This is a bargain site, don't say this stuff about people's lives.

          I'm done with you, bye.

        • +3

@FIVEDOLLAR: This is a bargain site and you proposed a heap of malicious speculations. Do be double-standard.

        • -1

          @RimofLeo:

Ok, seems like you don't get the point and you would still like you argue about your pointless butt hurt after someone assumed you are employed.

It's actually quite amusing. You're quite the hypocrite if i'd had to say so myself. ;)

Maybe next time if you told people all your personal informations there will be no assumptions.

        • +2

@FIVEDOLLAR: quote:'I'm done with you, bye.'

    • It'd take some one that would imagining their time is worth something to feel like an idiot in this situation. Completely out of touch with reality given the're imagining being paid something to justify being made to feel like an idiot lel.

      • +2

'Plus' in the previous comment means 'moreover'. Time is valuable is one thing, and feeling sick of the tricky promotion is another. Why would you get them mixed into one?

    • +3

      Get over yourself

    • +1

I have to stop sleeping… it’s costing me too much based on your math

      • +1

        My comment was 'Time wasted…'
You don't think sleeping is a waste of time, do you?

    • No wonder Chanel 10 is going broke then.
With the amount of shit they show yet I've sat and watched, they owe me a mint! How do I collect these $$?

      • I was complaining but I did not ask for any compensation. I did not even downvote this post.

        • I haven't used any down votes here either. :)

    • Who do I contact for all of those hours I spent while I was at school? I thought I had to get an education first before I could start earning money but by your comment I have a lot of lost income. What about my weekends too? Is that a different gov department? This comment has taken me a good 30 seconds to write also; how do I contact you to receive my $0.25?

      • -1

        OK then.

  • +4

You can also use 20-OFF-2017 which gives you $20 off each order until the end of 2017.

  • +4

I haven't tried them before, giving it a go now and got a free chicken schnitzel meal thrown in!

  • Thanks for code although they are overpriced and there new meals arnt very nice or healthy
.. but ok when there is a free meal + $20 off.

  • +2
    • Free Schnitty & Wedges until 24 Nov, so potentially 8 meals for $49.65
    • Yep which is why i orderd :)

  • tastes gross

  • If 8 meals are ordered, are they all delivered on the same day?

    • +1

Yep same day. Big eaters look elsewhere, takes two of these meals to fill me up.

      • +1

You're not wrong, I stopped using them because of how tiny their portion sizes are. I started using Zest Meals and I find their meals are much more densely packed and less stingy.

  • +2

I am still salty knowing that now they obtained all my personal info for free.

    • +1

Same and they just texted me about this deal.

  • -4

Yeh they lost me with there last deal

  • +1

I order from them about once a month (usually when they send me code for a couple of free meals)
Generally very happy with the meals which only require 2 minutes to heat up. Some are actually quite tasty eg YFC & Chicken Katsu .
Meals come very well packed in Styrofoam box with a couple of reusable ice packs.

  • Does anyone have an account in which the 20-OFF-2017 works? PM me please thank you so much

    • +1

      Why? I probably do

  • For WA, this just meant free delivery but with min $69 spend. I'd rather go to my local servo or IGA to buy at the same price whenever I want to without min quantity set

  • +4

I have been getting the meals for over a year. I work a bit of a bad area food wise and I found I wasn't organised enough for my lunches each day preparing them fully by myself the night before. Between work and walking/ training two dogs and going gym etc I felt time poor. At 10 bucks per lunch they are quite good.

That said I have never had a bad one. Tried heaps of different meals. All delicious. Also tried a few other meal delivery services. None come close. I encourage everyone to give them a try.

    • +1

Yep make a great lunch option. Works out to be $6.21/meal if you get the free chicken schnitty this week so really good deal.

    • +1

Yeah don't really get the OzB hate for these guys.
The meals are good, fairly priced (Lite n' easy frozen meals are about $12each for example), usually filling enough as they pack a fair bit of protein and fibre in there.
Definitely the best fresh meal delivery option for Canberra that I know of (other capital cities may have better)

  • How can you see if the free Chicken Schnitty has been added to the cart or not? Or will it just turn up with the order? About to give youfoodz my first try

    • +1

It doesn't get added to the cart as every order delivered from the 18-24th will get the free meal. They pack it in your order automatically.

    • it turns up in your trolley automatically, no need to add. did for me anyway.

  • Didn't really like their food. Should have tried claiming their money back guarantee but could not be bothered.

  • Can only say positive things about youfoodz actually, fresh right sized meals plenty variety

Vouchers like these make them killer deals, 9 meals for $59 c'mon now that is great, plus no cooking or cleaning up and that's worth plenty in my book after a long day

  • Just received an email saying they've run out of the chicken schnitzel. Did anyone get this too?
