Hey thanks for getting back….do you know when you might get "[Au Stock] - Apple iPhone 8 Gold 64GB" back in stock?

        • Sorry unfortunately we currently don't have an ETA for the Apple iPhone 8 64GB Gold. I will let you know once we do though, thanks

Just note that the Motorola Moto 360 Sport Band can't be replaced.

    • +5

      also

      Poor battery life
      Unreliable HR sensor
      No multi-sport tracking

      • and I just can't stand the flat tire!

    • +3

Avoid avoid! Band is Very easy to break and you'll end up having a piece of unusble junk.

    • +3

I have one of these and can confirm day and a half battery life is pretty standard.
Haven't had any issues with the band so far.
I use the strava or ghostracer app on the watch to track cycling and other activities.
Agree HR sensor is not super accurate but indicative enough for me.

Had mine for almost 2 years and fairly happy with it. For anyone that wants a GPS watch that tracks running, cycling, receives notifications, etc, I think would be happy with it at that price.

For anyone that buys, don't recommend updating to Android Wear 2.0.

      • I also have this watch, and I like it. It's not amazing, but it does the job, so for $145 I would be happy with it.

The main issue I have had with this watch is that without a phone connected, the GPS accuracy is pretty shocking. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it's just my device or all units, but it's annoying. Besides that I've been happy overall.

  • Hey lyl, could ya price match your sister company on the Oppo R9 Plus @ 455.80?

    Edit: lyl not Kyle 😂

Any deals on Huawei W1 watch?

      Less begging, more plussing.

I looked at a review of this watch, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BhXTM17Pl3o

Can't say I was impressed about day and half battery life..

I've got a Mi Band 2 which I can get at least 20+ Days out of it :) plus super cheap!

    • +1

I agree that 1.5 days is not particularly impressive but you really can't be comparing the battery life of that to the Mi Band when you consider that they are really, at the end of the day, different products.

  • Had one of these. Got wet at the beach, died one day after. Battery life went from good to crap after the Android Wear 2.0 update.
I would not but one again, for this price it is a good device but I now have a huami amazfit watch. Has a GPS, monitors sleep, battery lasts for weeks.

    • Which one? Amazfit round or basic model?

      • The basic / square one. Basically a toss up between amazing battery life and a better looking watch.
After having an Android Wear watch, I'm quite happy with the amazfit. Not having to charge a watch and have an always on display that lasts weeks, even with 3 hours oftracked activities is well worth it

        • Thanks I ordered the square one too. I like pebble for its water proof ability but still need to charge the battery once/week.

  • Hey lyl, wondering if we can have some LG V20 at about $500? I think a lot of people supported the last deal and if you beat that it would be awesome!

  • +1

Hi lyl, I've always wondered, is your name one of:

    • |y| (as in absolute value of y)? Your profile picture is showing this.

    • LYL (so L - Y - L)?

From a mathematical point of view I can see why you'd pick the first one ('always positive', etc etc), but that's just my maths background :P

    • +1

      So, you like numbers?

    • Sorry for the late reply (got interrupted after reading the comment, got reminded after your recent comment in WTF lol). LYL are my initials, but I'm also a big fan of maths, so you're absolutely right with the first point

      • +1

Haha all good, I forgot that I asked you about it lol :P
Ah that makes sense, so the lyl is really related to your name, but the absolute value signs in your profile picture also represent your love of maths :) Well done, that's a good way to represent a name :) Haha

  • OPPO R9 Plus: no NFC, no dedicated sd card slot

      Purpose of comment?

      • What was the purpose of this comment?

        • -1

          Irony inception achieved?

Quite obviously, asking how it relates to the deal. It's not the comments section of a review.

Mentioning two features one product doesn't have seems random & pointless, in my opinion.
