Question as I am new to Xbox Live! If I redeem a 14 day trial code I have and have a few more trial codes inside games I own can I stack them continuously? I'm coming from PlayStation where once you use a trial code you cannot use another.

Unfortunately not. You can only use a trial period once. Beyond that the rest of the codes are useless.
There may be ways around it, but have never tried.

Multiple Trial codes DO work on a single account.
While you can't stack, you can redeem one after the other expires.
