Its been six days since i placed the order and it still hasn't shipped out. Quite disappointed as I was hoping to gift it on christmas day
my iPhone was delivered in 4 days, although on their site it said it still processing even after it completely delivered.

yeah non-retina screen but next option up costs significantly more, you can use the display port adapter ($15 on ebay) to get up to 2560 x 1440 for external monitors support and 1920x1080 IPS monitors regularly go for under $200, TFN monitors for under $120.
People can attach external screen, keyboard and mouse to the air if they need to work for extended periods in a comfortable manner.
Yes the non retina screen is the only bummer on this otherwise excellent machine. At this price it is fine though. Adequate might be the word😁
Both my daughters have a 2015 model and I have to say for a high school machine it’s reliability, battery life, excellent trackpad, excellent keyboard, variety of ports and performance is outstanding and outweigh the old style screen for that purpose.All Apple really had to do was update the MBA screen but nooo, it had to go down the higher priced, one port, horrible keyboard and underpowered (in M chip config) MacBook as a path. I would love to know how many of these frankly iconic MBAs, originally designed in 2012, sell compared with the MacBook. I bet the MBAs still outsell the newer machine.

It’s been this price for some time now and was first posted to ozbargain a couple months ago. The price does include delivery. I ordered mine 3 days ago however it still hasn’t been shipped. Delivery takes between 14-21 days. Anyone on here have a rough idea as to how long it takes for delivery?
