  Some good deals on Bosch power tools after the 20% discount at that site. The prices don't seem to have the discount, but I added something to the basket and it gets applied there.

  My example: I've been looking for a couple of 6.0Ah Bosch batteries for my Bosch Blue stuff, which are normally bloody expensive (unless you get the no-name compatible ones on eBay… I have a couple of 4.0Ah ones and they're ok). e.g. I saw 2 x 6.0Ah original Bosch batteries + charger for $399 on eBay (minus 10% today), but no way was I paying so much for batteries. But…

  …check this out, they have a Bosch set deal which has:

  • 2 x 6.0Ah original Bosch batteries + charger
  • an 18V Brushless Heavy Duty Hammer Drill
  • an 18V Brushless Heavy Duty Driver/Wrench

  which comes to $415.20 after the 20% discount. Very tempted atthat price since I could do with a heavy duty wrench, and an extra drill is handy.

  BEWARE I bought a Bosch jack hammer from this company during their recent sale and it was delivered promptly but without any paperwork. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me out a copy of my invoice, but have failed to send a tax invoice with their ABN, and the date of the transaction etc. so I can not claim it as a tax deduction.

    We have been responding to you and it’s simply a matter of no other customer ever raising this as an issue with us. In fact your invoice was generated this morning and our customer service rep will have it to you shortly.

      Thank you for you action regarding this matter, which has been resolved in full.

      Might I suggest you include invoices with your deliveries and that you alter your standard invoices to be compliant with ATO and ACCC requirements.

      If your standard invoice is altered I would happily recommend your company.

  Negging due to major issue with retailer.

  Quite over dramatic.

  That is not an appropriate response to a paying customer who merely requires an omitted tax invoice! Bosch Blue products are well regarded among professional users who invariably claim tax deduction.

    I think headlining your post as "BEWARE" is over the top. Our customer service deparment was very responsive to your request and was in the process of handling it. Had we ignored you or refused to comply then it would be warranted.
