  • expired already…
    it's US$9.13

  • ahh, it's back

  • I have been buying and testing various endoscope cameras over the past couple of months at work with no success as the Auto Focus range / Focal Length is only up to 10 centimetres.

Has anyone had any experience with external cameras (that look like an endoscope) with a better Focal Length?

Thanks for this - my specialist wanted $1000 with anesthesia for my endoscope - just going to buy this and a bag of wine. More money to spend on car mods, cheers.

    • +1

Is the wine to drink or to use as an enema?

      • +1

I hope it is a white wine. Red might give him a fright

        • I suspect there will be some whining after poking that endoscope anywhere.

I'm less certain he'll want any cheese to go with it though.

I think that I ordered one of these last night - must go check…………….Yes I did, more drunken ordering. Could be useful one day

    • +2

drunken ordering is the best ordering….. :P

'what the (profanity) was i thinking…?!?'

  • It's now showing up as $12.15 AU, I'm guessing it's expired?

    • looks like. =(

        Cheers, the link worked.

        • Hey N00dles, any chance of an upvote I’ve almost got 100?

  • Just purchased one via direct link shown above for Usd 3.99.

  • Can it be used for home colonoscopy or gastroscopy ? Would save time and $$$ on seeing a specialist.

    $3.99 for me, thanks!

  • Didn't realise people are obsessed with cavity inspection.

    • We all get bored and curious.

Thanks OP got one, after pondering for many hours I came across a situation where i can use this. My toddler son hides TV remotes, mostly they end up under the sofa now i can inspect them before picking/dragging them.

    • Nice. :)

    • I purchased this precisely for the same reason, difference is its his toys instead of remotes…

  • Expired? Or is there a coupon I can't find.

  • Mine arrived today. (I chose the cheap postage option.) Very impressed with it for the price. Included an adapter for full sized USB, as well as right angle and magnet attachments.

    • Mine arrived yesterday. I was very happy with it and the accessories too!

  • Came today. Did not work on my 2 android phones, windows 7 tablet or windows 10 laptop. Absolute crap

    • Then there could be something wrong with it. I’ve used it on a windows 7 computer and surface tablet with windows 10 without any issues.

    • It's not supported for win7 tablet/win10 laptop. are your android phones OTG? You need OTG aiiiight. (maybe lizzyspock is a wiz on windows or fluked it or something.. )

      • From what I gather on Internet and some apps Xioami Redmi note 4x has OTG.The item came with a CDrom which had 3 versions of Android software and 1 Windows software. Unfortunately None of them worked. The PC software was able to detect my PC camera but not USB one.

ahh ok, damn, i guess it's doa then.

i've just ordered the redmi note 4 standard.. will test the otg with this device when it arrives. fingers crossed eh.

  • No sign of mine yet.
They emailed to say it shipped on the 29/12
They offered a tracking number as I paid for registered mail but I see no reference as to whom they shipped it with for me to type the tracking number into.
It doesn't work with Auspost so the registered post might have been a stupid added expense on my part.
    Any ideas?

  • I purchased 2 of these - both shipped on 29/12 but I've never received them. I contacted GearBest however their automated response is to wait 2months. 6 weeks have already passed. Does anyone have a contact at GearBest? I've had similar issues with other orders not arriving for various products from GearBest. Their support staff just post automated responses.

  • Mine never arrived either.

Still no show and two messages with the rep later and one from gear best support and they still haven't told me whom I'm supposed to offer my tracking number with despite me asking each time.
Told to be patient and that its on the way.

I'm going to have a talk with paypal and won't be buying anything from them again.

I will also be leaving a link to this thread on all future gearbest posts.

The Gearbest secret is you must forget about it first and only then it will arrive.

        • Your right Woteva.
Bloomin thing finally (and very unexpectedly) made an appearance in my letter box today.
I'm unsure who exactly it was supposed to be registered with given I paid for registered post.
The tracking number didn't work with any of the usual suspects.
Despite Auspost delivering it, it wasn't within their system.
Some days ago within gear best pages, I noticed a box with a link eventually to DPEX which suggested it arrived in Sydney 9/1/18.
Given its New Zealand post mark, a little confusing.
A very extended process that has been frustrating with a hard to navigate website (perhaps not intuitive might be a better description).
Nice that it has finally arrived.

        • @Rifraf:

Mine showed up a couple of days ago also, unbelievable!
