Yeh as usual , I’m not seeing it.

    • I can see it and activate it in all my other accounts. Don't be pessimistic.

      • Don't be pessimistic.

But that's how we avoid disappointment.

      • +2

he couldnt see it and activate it in all his accounts. Don't be pessimistic.

Targeted. "Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only."

    • I get the same message. :(

    • Are you a store subscriber?
'Store subscribers are not eligible to participate in this offer.'

      • +4

Can confirm that I’m getting the same message and I am not a store subscriber.

        • -1

Did eBay decide Sundays were special all on its own, or was there some kind of divine influence?

Maybe receiving these takes a minor Act of God!

  • +3

    https://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/5801

All www.ebay.com.au members are eligible to participate in this offer.

    Targeted to all www.ebay.com.au members?

    • Whilst you can enable this promo, I don't think it will actually work as the period is expired. I've had promos before where you could enable them after the finishing period, but they didn't count.

Who knows, maybe this one is glitched though.

  • All good here - cheers OP

  • +4

Just be wary about eBay system glitch, particularly anything to do with final value fee as in the end, some sellers are still charged final value fee even when the transaction happened during the promotional period. You need to check your invoice and report back to eBay support for it to be honoured.

    • +2

Yeh tell me about it, just got a $53 invoice for final value fees when all the items I listed in the past few weeks were either supposed to be free or the $1 Super Sunday offer…

      • Try to contact customer service see if they can fix for you

        • +3

They definitely honour that but the problem is we (users) have to raise a complaint for their system glitch.

      • Did you sell 53 items? ;)

        • Different promo, was sell for free. :)

    • Yep I’ve had to get on online chat several times for the same
Always resolved in my favour and quite quickly but just annoying to have to check and chase up

  • +3

    Is this definitely still running?

It says “The promotion runs from 00:00 (AEST) every Saturday in 2017 to 23.59 (AEST) every Sunday in 2017 (“Promotion Period”).”

    • +1

Just accepted it, says valid 7/1/18 to 11.59pm.

  • +2

Does this offer mean you need to list and sell today or can you list it today with say a 7 day auction and if it sells at the end of that you only need to pay $1.10?

    • Generally works the moment your item becomes active for sale anytime on Sunday. I believe the terms/conditions state this.

    • +1

Should work until listing ends but if it doesn’t sell and automatically relists will no longer work.

      • I got caught by that.
Stick to fixed price (or offer) and 30 day listing

If you use "good till cancelled", it just auto-renews after 30 days, and you lose the discount.
Same problem if it auto=relists after failed auction, non=paying buyer, etc.

        • Yes will relist after 30 days and you’ll be charged normal fees after that.

        • @wxyz234:
          Thanks, just edited.

  • Wow thanks OP, works for me!

  • Works for me. When I click the link in the OP, it takes me to a page to accept the offer and now it's showing up in the promos on my selling listing page. Says it is for today only though.

    Thanks!

  • Yeah, same here. Didn't get the email but seems to work for me using the link provided by OP.
Well, but won't know for sure until I get the bill later for this month.

  • didn't get the email, allowed me to accept the offer but next to the promo it says "Used 0 Left 0" not sure if the 0 signifies its unlimited use for the day or if it simply didn't give me any

    • 0 left meant unlimited use for the previous times I used this

  • Finally can sell my old iPhone & iPad without fees.
    Cheers OP!

    • Just remember, PayPay will still take 2.5% or whatever their current fee is.

      • +3

        2.6% + 30c

      • +1

That's for sure, still better than pay 10% final value fee to eBay. lol

    • If you sell it today, no?

  • +1

Thanks OP. I only sell when these come up.

  • Thanks, worked for me.

Anyone know whether you can simply relist an unsold item and it will qualify? I couldn't see it as an exclusion but seems like a great loophole for ebay. Was going to just make a new sale but it takes too long. Cheers.

    • +1

Yes you need to end it and relist it. It will use all the information you had.

      • Thanks! Yes, it ended awhile ago. Cheers.

  • You've accepted the offer "1 Day Only: Pay $1 When you Sell!"

  • -1

dont forget ebays 10% commission + any extra paypal fees which can in some instances work out to be around 5% of your total sale price

    • +2

      This offer is commission free.

      • my understanding was that listing fees and commissions were separate?

        • +2

This deal is a max charge of $1 instead of the usual 10% commission "final value fee".

        • They dont call it commission. It is final value fee so if you see final value fee free or 1$ when sell, it means that is all you have to pay.

        • @dennis3107: ok cool, thanks for clarifying.

  • Warning, this doesn't apply to listings created before the offer was accepted.

    • +2

Correct, but you can always cancel the listing and relist to get this offer.

  • I got it with these details:
1 Day Only: Pay $1 When you Sell!
    Start date * 07/01/2018 11:05:38 AM
    End date 07/01/2018 11:59:59 PM
List as many items for free and only pay $1 in Final Value Fees per item. Learn More

  • Had very bad experience with these ebay offers.

There was an offer (sell 5 items for free) gone from my account after I listed the items. Had to contact ebay to credit the final value fees manually one by one.

  • Tried the link and it say GTFO. Sad, I would like to have sold a few things.

  • Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only.

  • Can I end a listing and relist to qualify?

    • I'm pretty sure you can. I listed something yesterday and just ended and relisted today as technically the list date is today, even though the listing was created previously.

      • It shouldn’t matter if it’s been resisted before, as long as you list it today.

  • +4

sell all the stuff you dont need that you bought on ozbargain :D

    • +1

99 packets of eneloops on the wall
      99 packets of eneloops
You sell one on eBay and turn around
      98 packets of eneloops..

  • +1

T&Cs says: ''All www.ebay.com.au members are eligible to participate in this offer.''

    This offer shouldn't be targeted.

  • Got the email like 5 weeks in a row, then last week I finally listed 1 thing which sold (great)
And got no email this week :(
So heads up, list as many things as you can and use a 30 day listing so that you can take advantage of it as much as possible, you may not get it again.

  • Like I said in the previous Email deal page "wait for Sunday" but peeps didn't believe me.

Oh well, peace out and enjoy the savings.

  • +1

Perfect timing, was looking for a promotion to sell my old phone. New phone getting delivered this week.

  • terms and conditions states its only valid for 2017 ?

"The promotion runs from 00:00 (AEST) every Saturday in 2017 to 23.59 (AEST) every Sunday in 2017 (“Promotion Period”)"

Unfortunately, you can no longer sign up for this promotional offer because it has expired.

  • Hey all, just a question, if you revise the price of your item after sunday will it still count for this promotion?

    • +1

Yes, its OK to revise the price, or add a best offer, change text.
I don't think you can change category.

And I was not able to change from "good till sold" to 30 days, without a cancel and re-list.

  • Wait is this only this Sunday, or every Sunday. Not sure if I should list my phone now or next Sunday, since my new phone hasn't been delivered yet.

    • +2

Mate! Same position I'm in! I plan to list it for an outrageous price to qualify for the deal and dial the price back in a week! :-)

      • So changing the price doesn't affect terms of the promotion?
I might do the same then. Cheers.

        • I'm not certain, the guy commenting above this post seems to think it should be ok

        • +1

          @FickleRick:

Well, listed under the promotional offer. Put a fairly high price on it. Hopefully all goes well.

        • @rosrav: Same here, good luck! :-)

        • +1

          It's fine. I've done it.

  • +1

Confirmed the promo worked properly for me. I sold one of my items and it's come through as just $1.10 final value fee :)

  • As someone who was new to this type of deal last week, am I right to assume it will be on again tomorrow?

    • +1

I have just clicked on link and sure enough another $1 one day sell.

      • +1

Didn't come up when I first checked a few minutes before, must have been an hour before midnight they let you sign up. Anyway good news

  • Not targeted:

All www.ebay.com.au members are eligible to participate in this offer.

  • Yippie, another Sunday sale.

  • This is marked as expired, but I see no mention of it having been finished: https://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/5801

Does anyone know something more about this?

    • I received the invitation to activate the promo last Saturday even though the mod has marked it as expired. I believe it is still running.

    • I received the invitation to activate the promo last Saturday even though the mod has marked it as expired. I believe it is still running.

      • I spoke with support in chat and they didn't seem to think I could do it even though I pointed out it's for "all" members.

They did point out I had an offer in my account to list 5 "unwanted Christmas presents" for free for the next week.

  • Still available to all my accounts.
