    good price. Proven printer.

  • Awesome price - this printer is a beast, one of the better entry-level printers on the market.

This is also the 'improved' version, with the dual lead screws.

Tempted to buy a second one at this price!

Very decent printer for the price. I bought one last time when it went on special and have printed large prints taking more than 55 hours without any issues…
Highly recommend! Cheaper and better than the printer which went on sale today at Aldi.

    • prints taking more than 55 hours

      WT !!!

      • printed a 35cm tall eiffel tower… took 55 hrs to print

How long did the real one take to build?

        • @jv: wait, I’ll ask google home mini I bought through ozbargain and get back to you….

          @g33kydood:

It's taking a while. Are you on NBN ?

@jv: The $8 shipping for 2 home mini deal… so wont get back to you any time soon…

    • I would rather get the aldi one so I have warranty

      • If you are a tinkerer and willing to do troubleshooting / repairs yourself, the CR-10/s are a better option, but if not I agree the Aldi one might be best.
        I have a CR-10 :)
This deal is great and only $70 more than I paid for CR-10 (not S). I would have bought this instead, but I'm happy anyway.

Thanks monty.melb for the headups. I have been eyeing off one of these since they came out and wanted to pay no more than $500 AUD delivered. I almost ordered one from Lightinthebox for AU $483.13 in there last Lightning Sale. But when going to checkout it wanted $160 for postage which was a total deal killer.

Also to anyone interested in ordering one it seems if you add another item to your cart (Such as Filament) the postage comes to over $170 or so which obviously is pointless.
But when removing the other items and ordering just the 3D printer the shipping is free. Might save someone the time and hassle I had.
Either way can't wait to get the 3D printer.

    • Tried these steps and unfortunately shipping is still a killer

  • I just ordered an ENDER 2 from GearBest for $202 shipped. This one is tempting. But it's really my first 3D printer, so I think I should be okay, right?

    • You should have bought the CR - 10S

You will eventually want to go bigger

      • I thought about it. Yes, I'll eventually want a bigger one. But that'll also be when I need two, so one for a start, and another for when I wanna turn "pro" ;)

        • Nah it is a waste of your $200
when you could have bought the bigger one at the start for $280 more..

$480 is a good price for this size printer..
Even the Cocoon Create Touch is selling for $499 at aldi but the print bed size is smaller than this one.

There are people who bought CCMM and now want to sell it to go bigger.

The point is the ENDER 2 is too small printer to start with..

The minimum most should get is 200x200.
