Concierge is a rip off! In-laws paid top money for a fisher&paykel dryer and TGG Concierge does not even return their calls. They have been waiting 3 months for a replacement lint filter that was faulty.

    • Get it for the $180 free credits, not the support.

      • if you get the credits. i never got 1 in the 1st 9 months after. after numerous calls to them telling me they will come, they advised i opted out. got opted in to receive one credit. then nothing for another 6 months rung again numerous times, to find out again that i have opted out. No reissue of lost credits, no apology, just rude arrogant customer service saying i must have rung them and opted out. must have been when i was sleep walking.

so i have 1 year left, lets see how many i get.so far ive got $40 of the $120 credits.
        never again

        • If you opted out of their marketing (aka spam), you also opt out of your credits. I asked and they explained that to me.

So you'll have to put up with the spam.

I got it 3X last year and about to get one in a few days.

If the spam stops coming, you have opted out. Maybe you pressed unsubscribe out of habit and forgot that you did it?

so far ive got $40 of the $120 credits.

At the very least you've made your money back. Anything more is a bonus.

        • @lostn: nope never unsubscribed either. yeah just made my money back, but ive lost hours on the phone just trying to get what i paid for.

I paid for $180 of credits. I want $180 of credits.
currently with fair trading over the issue.

        • @gdbaker81: overreact much, just ring them with a complaint.
They recently sold to the company to JB-HI-FI , but their system was fu¢ked to begin with

        • @Beach Bum: That's not overreation but reasonable expectation for what you pay for. At one point these scam-artists told me that you don't really pay for $180 credits but you pay for insurance - I guess when I lodge a claim they will say the opposite.

@Beach Bum: i have rung numerous times to sort it out.
In the end all you get is a promise you should receive the next credit when it comes. No date when to expect it. So you just wait then 4 months go, no credit. so you ring up get told you have been opted out, somehow without 1 message or phonecall from them.

You cannot escalate higher, you cannot lodge a complaint with good guys management, via email or phone.

They cannot or will not issue my lost/missing credits, so in the end ive lodged with fair trading. I was sold and paid for a product which i havent got.

  • Call again ,!!!!
    with you're obvious mistake.
I get credit and just spend it on clearance items, like a phone bumper covers ,ect .
They will rip you off ,
but just stand up for you're rights and it's all good.

    • I Have dealt with GG customer service twice in the last 3-4 months. Once for the cyber Monday store credit promo and again for the Boxing day store credit promo. Both times I did not receive the credit and had to chase them. Their customer service is terrible, and their complaints team do nothing. It took near on a month to receive the Boxing day credit after an email inquiry and two calls it still took longer than promised. Not to mention the survey credits I never received.

      • 'Their' mistake, sorry.
Follow it up and eventually you will get what you paid for.
        Eventually…..

If you get a credit, spend it.
Even if it's a $19 kettle you don't want , the system see's you as a 'regular' customer
So use it or lose it

  • Dont give your phone number to these guys unless you want to receive an "offer" every week for a new appliance.
