From what I remember, Nes mini and snes mini are identical inside. PSX mini is better, but has the worst software.

        • Sounds like Android ;-)

    • would i have to go to Tarneit?

How is this a deal if it's only in one store (ie stock and price not confirmed to be nation wide at time of posting) and less than 10 available?

      • +2

Still nice to remind people who were oh so convinced this would be a great "investment" when they first came out

      • -1

        Precisely. Waste of a post.

      • How is it not a deal? It's substancially cheaper than RRP, just because it is only confirmed in one place at the time doesn't mean it's not a deal.

        • +2

Posting a deal also requires the item to be available with a minimum of 10 in quantity as per the posting guidelines. That's why.

          • @Trishool: Which I’m sure as a nationwide deal it more then complies

            • @Splashtash: Has it been confirmed as a nation wide deal? At the time of posting it wasn't. Also a nation wide deal with no stock available is not a deal.

    • +5

Ummm your thumb is over the key area of that receipt, could be a $39 pair of …

      • +1

        … Underwear?

      • +3

I thought you were joking. Nope. LOL, the name of the item is completely covered.

Haha OP, you went to all the trouble of taking the photo and posting it for nothing!

      • +3

        It’s the NES Classic Mini.

The item name might be covered but a quick google of the exposed barcode number shows up most sellers.

    • kmart got out of the gaming business around 5 years ago. ??? wth are they selling these for.

      • Seasonal stock, sold during the Christmas period. Surprised it lasted this long.

    Go to Deal

Was looking around for a cheap Mesh WiFi router to get a mate off my back and stumbled across this. Bing Lee had it for $399 which I thought was Cheap.

The Google WiFi Mesh Router is designed to deliver a reliable wireless network within your home. It uses mesh technology to create a single WiFi network so you'll be able to stay connected seamlessly as you move around your house. This set comes with 3 so you can connect them together to create strong single across larger areas.
Google WiFi supports AC1200 wireless speeds plus simultaneous dual band functionality to prevent lag across your network.
It supports simultaneous connections from a variety of devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and more.
This router is recommended for larger homes or spaces of up to 418 square metres.
It comes with 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports per WiFi point plus WAN and LAN connectivity on the primary router.
Since each WiFi point connects via the same network, your devices will stay connected as you move around your home.
You can easily add additional Google WiFi points to your space as necessary without affecting your WiFi speed.
It will automatically connect your devices to the least connected channel within your network, to help ease lag.
The router can easily be setup and controlled via the Google WiFi app, which allows you to check what's connected, run speedtests, troubleshoot issues, setup guest networks and more.

  • Merged from Logitech K830 @ Officeworks $5 (Call Your Store)
    Go to Deal

Just went in to Officeworks to buy a K400 and saw the K830 on the shelf at $119.

I was going to get it price matched but it scanned at $5! The person checked and the manager said it was clearance stock.

I think you'd have to call your local store as it's not listed on website as available.

    Go to Deal

Was at Airport west office works on Friday and saw this ripper deal for the older kindle touch.
Not sure on stock levels, (may be limited) and no link to it on their website, but i did snap the attached photo.

thought it was worth a post as there may be other stores with stock as well.

(wish I had gotten this for my daughters birthday instead of the full priced one back in march!)

link to Kindles @ office works, but as you can see this one isn't there. So may only have a few left at this store.
    https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/b/Kindle-Ere…

    • Oh nice, flush screen too!

    • +2

This version does not have a backlight for those jumping in the car for a trip to their local store.

      • +1

yeah, one of the issues with my daughters (newer one?) as well… we get by without it fine though, guess cause the bed head has a light in it… though for couples getting one for themselves to be able to read in bed, its probably much more valuable…

Previous generation TVs on clearance @ JB Hi-fi Oxford Street (NSW)

I'm not sure if this warrants a comment/post here due to the limited stock but I was down in JB Hi-fi Oxford Street yesterday arvo and they had clearance on a number of their previous generation TVs, mainly the 75" ones.

Hisense 75P7 - $1588 I was told that this was the last one that they have, possibly the same for the other models below too.

    Samsung 75NU8000 - $1830

    LG 75UK65 - $1888

They also mentioned that they are offering $1 wall mount brackets + installation with TV purchases.

Might be nationwide so it could be worth checking out your local JB to see if they have anything on clearance.

    Go to Deal

G'day everyone, on my trip to bunnings today found that they were doing a clearance on Ryobi 18V Portable Misting Fan to $70 (normally $100). I bought the last two at Toowoomba West and the lady at the counter discounted them further down to $50 Each.

A good way to stay cool this summer, not sure on stock or deal at other Bunnings.

First Deal post, Hopefully, it is helpful to someone.

      Is this the fan.

Website says $99. so it is store specific

Whenever a Ryobi One+ product is on clearance, I suspect a new, more efficient brushless version is on the way.
