I bought mine 50% off the other week, I haven't owned a bike since I was a kid, but for someone wanting to get back into it, I'm happy enough with the quality. Their Pedal Nation helmets were 50% off too, so I picked up a nice one for $40.
The guys at Rebel said that according to the bike mechanics, the Vintage are difficult to assemble. Mine was a pre-made floor model so I am actually glad after hearing that.
