Thanks, I can finally upgrade from the free demo version.

      • +1

I am on the same boat

      • +6

Tempted to do the same. God, that's a good demo.

        • +1

          Same boat

        • +1

The Japan version is even better, lets you play 3 games in a row before going back to the menu.

      • The best features are instant restarts until your mind bleeds. The minor disadvantage is you need to play single player to unlock all the characters you had from the demo lol!

        • There's a cheat code for this to unlock all characters and voices

    • +5

I'm amazed this good game is going on clearance while that trash 1-2 switch is still pricey.

      • +1

believe it or not the 1-2 switch sold around to 2mil. Im waiting for it to ever drop down to $20 and if not… oh well

        • Me to, $20 at least before I buy that.

    • +2

Great game, totally worth it at $20

      • +3

Imposter! A real OzBargainer wouldn't pay $20 when they can get it for $19!

    • sold out in all the SA stores from the looks

      • Norlunga, marion sold out. Know of any other stores?

    • Quality game if you can get your hands on it

    • +3

If you miss out in store, it's currently $29.99 in the eShop 'Summer Sale' https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/393361

Couple with 15% off eShop gift cards at Woolies tomorrow https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/393962 and you get relatively close to this price

      • +5

Think its also a game where you'd always want it on hand for quick short games instead of swapping carts all the time.

        • +3

Makes sense. Might get off eshop instead. Problem is I do like physical copies.

    • +1

PS4 version is $19 from EB Games as well.

    • How's the online play for this? Enough active players?

      • +1

There are active players and I've given up playing online as they finish me in seconds.

        • Learn to drop advanced techniques like combos, T-spins and perfect clears (for Tetris), and chains for Puyo Puyo

    • Checked two of my local BigWs (Epping and Craigieburn), neither had it in stock.

      Oh well.

    • Went to get Sonic Mania Plus on the weekend, didn't notice other Switch games or I would have picked this up too.

    • Any one with any luck?

    • +1

Is the puyo puyo multiplayer as well? I imagine the japanese would be pretty dominant

      • -1

Online is unplayable. They dominate. Seconds.

        • +3

That doesn’t make it unplayable, it just means they’re very good. As with any game, if you practice you can compete

      • +2

I tried tetris online. Noone locally, so expanded it to global. Big mistake. The first 30 seconds I thought I was winning! Boy oh. Boy was I wrong. Like a light switch, they flicked to unleashing tetris upon tetris on me, a hailstorm of pieces so deadly I was dead in a few moves. I was so amazed i had to watch the replay.

At 25 percent, I could make out the moves, but I was still gobsmacked. Total genius.

    • +6

To anyone in NSW reading, the staff member did a stock scan for 100km from top ryde and found one in Katoomba. Nowhere else

      • Thanks. Wish it is a little closer.

    • Reckon EB would price match?

      • Worth a try.
        No stock. Clearance sign. Doubtful

      • Hahaha

    • +1

Great game and worth the price at $20 on Switch. It's well suited to the Switch since you can take the controllers out and play with the person next to you.

    • +1

Could anyone upload a photo of a receipt in VIC? I want to try and price match it at eb games

    • It's 20$ usd on PC it you want to plug in your controllers and play it on that. :o

      • theres also tetrisfriends online for free and puyopuyo bound to be free

    • +1

Called about 10 sores in Eastern suburbs VIC and no stock anywhere

    • Took the last one from Runaway Bay store today.

      • Damn it! I think that was the last one on the Gold Coast. Other stores were sold out yesterday.

op is going off the pushys site….why always so pedantic?

        • Probably because it has no pedals!

    • +1

https://www.boardmanbikes.com/au_en/products/242-slr-9.2-end… has them for $4999, so the real saving is 60%

Lettuce not argue guys - Can you both shake hands and make out

      • +2

        lol no

      • -2

has them for $4999, so the real saving is 60%

        Pushy's normal price is $2600.

        • …crap it is.

          was: $3,599.00 RRP
then reduced to: $2,611.93 (not normal pushys 'normal price')
          now: $1999

pretty significant discount id say for such a well speced bike & regarded brand

          • -3

            @franco cozzo:

$2,611.93 (not normal pushys 'normal price')

Same price for about 5 months constitutes normal price…

    • Only the large frame size is available.

    • Yes, only the Large, and only 1 of those remaining.
(There was only 1 remaining Sat night when I saw the email)
      Not even full DA groupset

    • Lmao @ 50-34 and 105 cassette. What tripe.

      • +1 this thing is a POS compared to a DuraAce specced bike from any major brand. Anyone considering buying this needs to very carefully compare specs of every component. DYOR.

      • Can you explain? I understand that the 105 cassette doesn't do justice to the dura-ace, but what's wrong with a 50-34 chain? I've just started cycling

        • Nothing intrinsically wrong with 50-34. It is well suited especially in climbing situations.

Even world-tour pros will run 50-34 (and 32 sprockets at the back) to tackle big climbs

      • I agree it's a mixed bag with the components, but this is not a bike aimed at the pro cyclists. Represents good value for a mid spec bike, components can be upgraded as required. It's much easier to replace a cassette than swap out derailleurs.

    • at least they could throw in the pedals lol

      • They threw them, that's why they are not there.

    • Dunno why mods think quantity of 1 remaining is sufficient quantity?

Not sure who this appeals to, don't think its Ozbargain peeps.
I'd disagree it's mid-spec, brakes are FSA, may not be any good (like speccing Tektro brakes?), probably cheap in-house branded wheels (Alex rims?), cheap tyres, probably old DA 9000, not 9100.

"This projector supports a full HD resolution of 1920 x 720"

      I thought 1920 x 1080p was full HD…

      • Yeah me too. Not sure what's going on there..?

      • +1

I’m pretty sure that it isn’t the output resolution either. It is far too blurry to be considered a real 1920x720 if trying to compare

      • +3

You’re somehow confusing Full HD with full HD.

      • You misunderstand, it's FULL 720p! ;)

    • 1920x720p.. Meh

      • +1

Avoiding lighting any candles nearby when watching anything. :)

    • +3

      HDHDHD… Full HD… 720p is just HD.

    • Not avaliable from mosty Sydney stores.

    • +2

Yeah you're not gonna find a tiny phone sized pocket projector with a higher resolution than this one. Yes, this actually outputs to 1920x720 as opposed to 1080, just means uses half as many horizontal lines compared to a 1080p. Think of it kind of like 1080i of old.

Only people who should be buying something like this are people who travels a lot and wants a projector in their hotel room every night. Otherwise as someone else pointed out, 40 lumen is not practical.
