cheapest ive seen is about 169 for a lacie usb3… still a fair bit more expensive. no idea what the WD's are priced at but if it's under 150 thatd be great

I have a 750GB version of this that's going back to OW as the delicate mini USB socket on the drive has become loose :( Hopefully I'll be able to hold it in the right posi while I copy all the data off it before returning it for service.
how'd it become loose?
I threw it into my bag with the mini usb connector attached a few times. Never hurt any of my old standard sized usb cabled hdds over the years I abused them :)
