Odd there is no Windows 10 listed ?

    • +1

it is also compatible with windows 10. But i need to confirm with the manufacturer first.

      • Ok, thanks.

        • +1

I get a confirm that it is compatible with Win10.

        • @marktuwin: Thank you. Ordered one.

I got the K400 as a secondary keyboard for my other PC - for it's price, it's a pretty damned nice keyboard.
Very clicky, as you'd expect with blues. I do actually like the style of the K380 over the K400, the K400 looks too 'bling'.

    • Yes, I like the typing experience so much. The keys are easy to press. My fingers never feel tired even I used the keyword working all day long.

  • +1

I bought a k360 from this brand and in less than 2 weeks the f and b key stopped working. At first you just had to press a few times but eventually they stopped working altogether.

    • Yeah, I'm sorry for your trouble. I have got some feedbacks of K360 with this issue. But K380 and K400 have no this issue. And K360 we sell on Amazon also have no this issue. I think it is the shipping and package problem.

Could you send an email with your order number to [email protected] to ask for a service?

      • +2

The packaging specifically breaks the f and b keys?

      • +1

I did order from Zanbase which is one of the reasons why I have not bothered to contact support as it took ages to arrive. I will contact that email but I'm not too confident that the issue can be solved.

        • +1

Don't worry. If you don't get the issue solved, you can get back to me via private messages.

        • @marktuwin: Thanks, how long do you reckon I should wait for the email before contacting you? I sent it 2 hours ago.

    • Worth getting it replaced or repaired by the company if it failed within such a short period of time.

Maybe just a bad batch - but if marktuwin offering to help , what you got to lose by sending them an email.

      • Yeah sent one now, hopefully they can do something.

    • Can confirm the same experience with mine. Been in touch with Mark via PM's to try to sort this out.

Been about 3 weeks (although mine happened unfortunately just before cny).

      • Shame, they seem like good keyboards…if they work properly.
Good luck with yours I hope both of us get it sorted.

        • thanks. Mark has been quite good, replying promptly and very helpful. Definitely send him a PM with your details.

If all else fails, Paypal dispute is always an option I guess (but I dont think it will come to this, atleast doesnt seem like it so far)

Seems the LED issue was not address from last time:

    • What's wrong with it?

      • Glaring

        • +1

Nothing a bit of electrical tape can't solve!

        • +1

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that, it's super bright it's not a bad keyboard thought I've had no issues with mine but that

        • @DrunkTechSupport: that's exactly why I didnt pull the trigger on this keyboard. Good price otherwise.

    • The LED can be turned off

      • Along with the function?

        • no. Only turn off the light.

        • @marktuwin: are you talking about the RGB function? Because I'm talking about LEDs on Numlock, Capslock, and Scroll lock.

        • @sky blu: Sorry. I thought RGB function.

      Black tape to the rescue!

      • +1

Yeah I know, but what I am saying, it would have been great if they had gone that extra step and done it right.

Those LEDs are glaringly in your face.

  • Good looking unit

Is there a version for the same-ish price with quieter switches

  • +2

you get what you pay for. in my case extra yy's (like then for instance). Zanbase took about 2 weeks to get back to me, and now I have to send a video of the issue. If you can be arsed with farting around, buy this keyboard! (and mine is the k380. BTW)

  • Bought one 3 months ago and the "[" key doesn't work now. It's quite annoying because I am a web developer and I use that key very often.

  • Thanks OP. Ordered one. Hopefully no issues

  • i had mine less than a week when the right shift key randomly stopped working. makes entering passwords damn near impossible… contacted them twice to be told I need to provide the SKU number.. NFI where to find it, its not on the product page.NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
thats me holding the shift key in,,, it just stops working

    • Hi,
      Sorry for that.
Could you contact [email protected] with your order number? They will find out the SKU from the order number

      • Hi Thanks, i have just had a reply this morning, and i am now getting a refund.
        Thanks anyway.

  • Keyboard arrived just now. Very happy with it overall, Keys feel great.

  • Ive just received mine and the rubber mats at the bottom aren't placed evenly and it causes the board to wobble. Easy Fix no probs.

Id like to know how to illuminate all the keys tho, non of the game presets allow for this. The custom presets are empty too.

Edit: FN+INS toggles to other led options, one of them is with all the keys illuminated.

    • FN+PS=6 key set-what does this do?
      FN+SL=n key-what does this do?
