Just received this in my email from Woolworth Rewards. I think this may be targeted.

Terms and Conditions
Promotion runs from 12/03/18 to 18/03/18 at participating Woolworths supermarkets and Woolworths Metro (in all cases excluding Tasmania). This offer is personal to you, and will be available only on your Woolworths Rewards card. Activate this offer at least 2 hours prior to shopping in store to ensure the offer has been loaded to your card. Any transactions you have made before activating your offer, will not be counted towards the qualifying amount. Any transactions you have made at a Woolworths supermarket in the promotional week before activating your offer will not be counted towards the qualifying amount.

*Qualifying amount must be spent in one transaction. Qualifying amount excludes smoking/tobacco products and accessories, liquor, Gift Cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards and tickets, delivery charges, internet cafes, woolworthsflowers.com.au, Carpet Care, Donations, lottery products, Pre-order Kiosks and Auto-order products. Offer not available online.

According to Wolfy's post from 2014 this is a targeted deal for those that don't regularly swipe their rewards card.

  You think! As we need to click the link in the email to activate (as shown in deal photo), only those receiving that particular offer qualify.

  Very different to posting codes that might work for those not receiving email, but have Rewards cards.

  Most likely this is the deal you get when you do not use your EDR account for some time.
  I ignored the $10 off $50 from Feb and all other recent deals and have not used the card for a while, but that means I did get this $10 off $30 offer emailed last night..
