  • When I use the search link there's some results from Good Guys?

  • +5

Well, the good news is I noticed no price jacking at all.

The bad news is the prices were already jacked due to permanent 20% sales.

  • +1

Allphones have the iPhone X 256gb for 1979 before the 20% off. Still cheaper but geez

  • Seems like previous deals on the S8 have been better. Would have expected more of a price drop since the release of the S9

    • Maybe the sales aren't forthcoming because the S9 is only a marginal improvement on the s8 and the don't want to cannibalise sales?

    • Apparently its hard to get any S8 stock

  • +21

Futu and PC Byte should be banned and removed from all eBay sales.

      ^^This

  • How does the code works if it is an auction?

One of the store (winehaven) is an auction.

    Cheers

    • Auctions work perfectly when they finish, just enter the code when you go to pay if you win the auction :)

      • So i guess the auction has to close before the code expires?

        Is this right?

        Thx

        • +1

Yes that's correct, the code will only work within the time period above so it'll have to end before then to use the code.

        • @doweyy:

Can you explain the meaning of life please?

    PHAT deal!

    • bridge it to an RT-AC68U

  • Is the Xiaomi roborock worth it with this sale…..?

  • Is it just me or does the search link now work on a mobile?

  • damn, no Mavic Air batteries…

  • +1

No SCMusic. Dissapointing as I wanted to pick up an Ibanez RG350.

  • +1

nothing special. Now even Ryda has jacked their prices up. Sad.

  • +1

Catch's $9.99 shipping kills this for me

  • Come on peeps, it's Easter sales now, everything is jacked now. Try buying seafood. Went to Costco today packed full of people during the day. Not common for a weekday. Next week will be worse.

  • Awaiting for Amazon deals round two: Easter sales.

  • How do you guys discover these eBay coupon/sales?

    • they seem to be on every 3 months.

      • +1

I understand, but how do you actually find these coupons a couple days before the sales start.

Any good deals on macbook pro?
    Or any good bluetooth earphones??

  • For items not on the sellers list above…
Just bought an EZcast 4K dongle, this coupon code worked for 5% off: PICK5.

  • Any deals on AirPods ?

    • I'm waiting as well. Was planning to buy from Officeworks for $199 but they increased to $225.

    • I'm also waiting. Want to use my David Jones 20% off gift card but want somewhere that they will price match first.

      • Damn. I missed out on that 20% off gift card deal.

  • +2

I am fatigued by the 20% off but only at certain shops sale.

Most of the items I want either iPhone or Apple Watch have higher starting price then Apple. While they will be cheaper after discount it’s not the supposed 20% that the advertising is implying.

I just wish these items at least would be at rrp and with a smaller discount.

  • +1

Lemma hear you guys say Priice Jaack!

    • +1

      Price Hike!

      • You failed the test

        • I buck the trend

Any good deal on Apple TV 4K ?

    • +1

      There’s a search link for a reason

  • +3

The search link isn't working for me - I click it and it lists a filter view of all sellers, but if I type a keyword in, it just does a general ebay search and not limited to only the stores above?

  • +1

a working search only proves how shit this 'sale' is.

  • This seller increased the price of the old model Arlo Pro by over $2,500. That’s gotta be a record https://m.ebay.com.au/itm/Express-Free-Netgear-VMS4430-Arlo-…

  • +1

With all these comments about price jacking, I still managed to save $100 or so on a 34" ultrawide monitor (compared to the cheapest I could find on staticice). Thanks for posting, Being Askhole! :)

  • +1

    PCByte price on Synology ds918+

    Website: $759
    Ebay: $899

    Pricks…

    • I know right? It's sad that they catch people out cause it's a "discount". Especially technology where prices can vary throughout the year.

  • Thanks for this!

  • Is that Hisense 75N7 included in this anywhere ?

  • Guess SydneyTec made a mistake when they were inflating the prices for this 20% off :-)

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Purchase-Logitech-G900-Chaos-Spe…

Comes down a bit with the coupon:

    Item (1) AU $2,214.80
    Postage Free
    Vouchers -AU $442.96
    Order total AU $1,771.84

  • I swear the SydneyTec store alway jack up the price.

  • +2

Meh. Looking for a ryzen 5 1600x, other sellers $300, sale sellers $340. These sales suck

  • I bought the Lenovo Miix 700 m5 edition from this deal, a couple still left

  • +1

'Buy Mobile' has a Series 3 42mm Aluminium GPS only watch with price before discount that is $619.99. After discount it comes down to $495.20.

Apple sells this for $499, so after a supposed 20% discount you save $3.80. Actually 1%

Vaya Shop almost as ridiculous. They sell a Series 3 42mm Stainless Steel Watch for $1,099.Which comes to $879.20 after discount.

Apple sells it for $919. So a supposed 20% saving comes down to $39.80. Actually 4%

How do people not realise that Shopping Express is probably the best part of this deal? I have saved hundreds if not thousands there over the past few years. Just bought another 4TB drive for around 25% less than anywhere else due to this sale and I feel great

    • I just browsed there, and their monitors are about $100-$200 more than other stores in the list.

(after code applied for both stores)

  • SSD prices are pretty good though - Crucial MX500 going for cheap!
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Crucial-MX500-MX300-Series-250GB…

  • Two Macbook pros left if anyone is keen
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/382404414693

  • Any good 27" gaming screens for retropie around $200 mark.

Found an AOC but it's only $10 cheaper (pcbyte) than cheapest retail shops
