  • Does it come in Black?

    • +4

      You can paint it

    • Excellent price. You may be aware voting is available near the top of the page, just below OP's avatar.

    • I'm too lazy to click on the link and look it up as well.

  • +3

This is a seriously low price. Salera's offer it for $519.00 Shipped!

Any suggestions for a budget priced sapphire Eco-Drive? I love both of mine but the one with sapphire glass is unbelievable.

  • -1

Good price! My Eco Drive is still "working" after 10 years but in reality, don't be surprised if you have to replace the battery within 5yr unless you like setting the time regularly.

    • +13

You may need to get out more :-p

  • +3

Got an email for this one also.

Don't need another watch but bought one anyway. Buy now and think about what to do it later. :)

    • +7

By the power vested in me it is my solemn duty to hereby absolve you of all blame and any residual guilt concerning the essential acquisition of this premium exquisite horological masterpiece.

      • +1

        Amen,

I think this is the second time you're blessing someone with this exact same words :)

        • +1

You may now arise. Don't forget to give hamza23 the usual fee.

        • +1

yeah; I'm going to point my girlfriend in his direction if she finds my watch collection

        • @poohduck:

          Don't let her know!

        • @HandsomeMonkey: No, I mean I'm going to direct her anger at PJC :)

        • +1

@poohduck: Plus-voting OP's post might attract some good karma.

Looking for sapphire glass as well.

    • How much was it before? $359 now looks alright!

    • I missed that deal. Would have bought that for sure.

  • Blue lume?

  • +3

Does it have a notification LED?

    • +7

Kind of, when the battery is getting low the second hand skips a second to let you know it needs some sunlight.

      • +2

fyi - It doesn't have to be 'sunlight', any form of light will do.

        • +1

Yes I know, I just mentioned sunlight in relation to an almost flat eco-drive as it will charge quicker.

I never sit my eco-drive out in direct sunlight & it's never given a low charge warning, but I don't store it in a drawer when I'm not wearing it.

        • +2

I prefer organic free range light.

        • +1

@Wystri Warrick: Indeed, caged light isn't simply as effective. Bonus points if the light is free from chemicals and umm, detoxed.

  • +1

    Great price!

  • +1

have a eco-drive, 7 years and still going strong.
Once showed second hand skipping(when i was trying fitbit for 1 month), kept in sunlight under a almost transparent plastic bucket for few hours. All good after that

    • +1

My Eco-Drive is 15 years old and still working fine on the original battery.

  • +1

    Thanks OP for the post.

  • +1
    • Thanks, Citizen bracelets are nice quality and this one appears to have solid end links too!

      • +1

The Lug width is apparently 22mm for plebians who don't like shiny or hate tiny calves…

        • +1

Nothing wrong with tiny calves. :)

  • +2

Great value. Nice work WatchNerd! Super appreciative of your posts. Little bummed I missed your SNZF15K find in Jan; didn't realise how pretty it was until watching minitwatch's youtube video.

  • Between you and PJC, Ive got a wishlist of watches that I want. Pity its like a pile of shame as I dont have the money to buy pretty much any of them!

    • The Oris Audi Sport is the one my animal may find themselves starving for…

      • Yes, that one is delectable. Nicer than the Williams editions.

  • +1

Love the blued hands on this!

    • +1

      Consider this.

      • +1

Oh shoot, that's the perfect size as well! Thanks for introducing me to this brand. Midsize divers are the best! So stoked that Longines Legend Diver is now going to be available in <40mm (Bagel 2018)

        • +2

Rated for 100m so fine for swimming but not proper diving. Also consider No. 35 at 60 ORIS Watches

  • +5

Just placed an order 10 mins ago and straight away went to their office. Order processed instantly. Wearing it now.

    • +1

Well done. They are good to deal with.

    • +2

Wow that's quick service! Can you confirm the lug width and if there is any lume please?

      • +1

No lume. Lug width is about 20-21mm

        • Thank you. Also can you check if the bracelet has solid end links please?

        • +1

          @WatchNerd: it's solid

  • Do the hour and the minute hands glow in dark?

    • In blue colour?

      • yes the blue colour…

    • No. Just a fancy blue.

      • ok thanks..

  • +2

What a great deal, thank you for posting!

  • What are your thoughts on the watch r0xz?

    • +3

Looks nice and simple. It's a bit heavy and quite bulky if you have a small wrist.

      • +1

        Try lifting bro.

      • +1

I know that feel man :(

  • Hi WatchNerd and PJC, I'm after this, OR
    this
On your watch intelligence and expertise, how much should I pay?

    • +5

PM the Rep and ask him for his best price. Tell him WatchNerd sent you.

    • +1

I notice both are satellite waves. I've got a satellite wave, and damn it's an impressive watch. They're expensive due to the tech inside with satellite receivers etc, hence the prices. I don't think they can move too much on the price, but give it a try and buy it if you want the watch. Brilliant pieces these are.

  • +1

    Thanks OP grabbed uno

    • +2

It's a fine watch. Plus-voting this deal may stop the goblins sticking hot pins into their WatchNerd doll while chanting DRENHCTAW.

  • Beautiful!

  • Hey guys. Looks like a great deal. I have had problems before with watch adjuster knobs (can’t think of correct term) digging into my hand. Has anyone had this happen with this model? Thanks all.

  • I haven’t used a watch like this. How often do you have to adjust the date, or is it a perpetual calendar?

    • +1

Normally at the end of every month that doesn't have 31 days
