Pay just a little more for local product with local Australian plug without the need of an adapter.
Pay the extra $10 to get it locally. Though imo, you want at least 128GB model, and that raises the price significantly.

I disagree, 64GB is plenty for a tablet, I manage with 128GB in a laptop just fine.
They don't make iPad 2017 in 64GB. It goes 32GB then 128GB.
I could live on 64GB too but they skip that step. The Pro 10.5 starts at 64GB then goes to 256GB, skipping 128GB. The way Apple doubles memory without raising price, as a mini refresh when they skip a year of refreshing, some day in the future the base model will be 128GB and the next step up is 512GB.
Beware that Apple may introduce new low cost iPad in this coming 27 March event, rumoured to be USD70 cheaper. Enjoy.
