      It's good to hear they're opening it up for everyone, but sad that they're dropping the ones on 1 per $1 to 1 per $2 :(

          I swear I signed up during the 1 for 1 promo, but my email says
          "you will continue to collect 1 point for every $2 spent on eBay" (emphasis added)
          Probably explains why I've been surprised at how few points I've gained.

          So i have been on the 2 points offer but never really bought big on eBay so it was only a few points here and there.

          It was a recognised "flaw" during signup. I was able to get the 1 Point for $2 on my existing account after a few attempts, and confident I was signed up for 1:$1 on a new account.. But maybe not, I can find no verification email.
          One bonus of the new account was a targeted 20% discount offer shortly after creation.
          Hopefully my now dormant original account gets one soon!

    Though the reviews for these cards aren't the most positive, does anyone know if the credit card points offer work in conjunction with the eBay linkage?

      Don’t see why not. They’re completely different programs and I see no reason for the CC to know you’re also receiving points on eBay.

      I have the Coles No Annual Fee Card - yup, they 'stack'. My FlyBuys points earned on eBay purchases show up in my FlyBuys activity feed as 'eBay" while the card ones show up as "Coles Mastercard" - looking at the spend values, they do overlap.
      The Coles card ones though show individual purchase payments (ie. payments to individual eBay sellers) while the eBay ones list the total cart values for each purchase. They also seem to get processed at slightly different times.
      Not sure if this might be because some of the Coles card payments I put through PayPal. Either way, they do seem to double up quite nicely.

      In fact you can triple dip if you use (cashrewards, Qantas mall or Velocity shop) combined with credit card points & this flybuys points offer.

    I would have thought that if you were able to sign up to the initial registrations, The points would have been enough of a Thank You.

    Doesn't look like any bonus's apply for the rest of people who missed out.

      Check the T&C's of the offer. Some of the bonus points offers say the bonus can take up to 1 month.

    Purchased a TV for $883 and only got 550 points. I got the email for the 5 x Points so was excited by this.

    I did use a 20% off Code so wondering will that make it not part of the offer or will the points come later?

    I had a look at the T&C but can’t see any reason why I wouldn’t of got the 5 x Points.
