Any plan to setup mobile app?

      Hi,

At the moment we are concentrating on our mobile web site. Hopefully we'll have the resources for a mobile app later this year.

Could be a cheap way of getting to Thailand.

Could be a cheap way of getting to Singapore

      • +3

Is there much to do there though? Also it's more expensive than Thailand.

        • +2

          CHILLI CRAB

        • +1

Absolutely. It's a stunning city. Go explore!

        • -1

So you're only going to go to the place where it's cheapest?

Singapore has as much as Thailand has to do…

        • No I asked if there was much to do there, so clearly I'm interested. I have heard that it's ok for a couple of days then most people move on to somewhere else.

There are cheaper places than Thailand too, but it's the right mix of a lot of things for a great holiday.

        • @StoneSin:

It does..but it's nowhere near as cheap..and the food isn't as nice for the price lol. Is clean though!

        • @milesandbos: Food isn't nice for the price in Singapore?

What the (profanity)? Are you sure you went to Singapore? Singapore has the best food for the price in the entire world.

        • @StoneSin:

It's pretty much western pricing whereas Thailand is cheap cheap.

        • @milesandbos: chicken or dog?

        • @milesandbos: No it's not. Holy (profanity), it's clear you've never been to Singapore. Or if you did, you never left your hotel building.

Jesus. You got tourist trap'd for days.

Singapore has the best food for the cheapest prices in the world. That's a fact.

        • @StoneSin:

We stayed in Little India and frequented China Town. Food was good but I must admit I preferred the general vibe of Thailand. Just my preference :)

        • @hardya:

          Wasn't that Bali? ;)

        • @StoneSin: Sorry for not being clear, was referring to Thailand

@StoneSin: I know, right? Some of the comments on here are amazing. Amazing as in bad. Quite a few on here need to have their OzBargain status revoked.

Is it discrimination against lonely single people? :)

    • +3

Put a positive spin on it - you go there single, but come back as two adults

      • +2

For some reason my mind went straight to thinking that someone would go there as one person and come back as two, like some sort of horror movie

        • Haha well usually people let themselves go while on holiday so booking two seats to come back would be good planning lol

Hi OP, what’s the price for 2yo and a 7 months old? Cheers

    • +7

This is for flights to Singapore, not Pattaya.

      • +2

        savage.

    • +3

Pretty sure you're not allowed to solicit the sale of children on Ozbargain.

      • +1

I don't think children are bargains

I just went through the painful processing of booking a flight. MyHolidays has a $80 "Agency Fee" which is only displayed at the end of the transaction.
Still cheap but not as cheap as advertised above.

    • I think the idea here is you book through scoot and not MyHolidays

      • Scoot had a 'this fair has changed' message half way through the booking and went up $200. I tried the top three because I was a little dirty with MyHolidays "Agency Fee", but sadly it still turned out to be cheaper.

  • As always, travel dates end just before Singapore F1, sigh…
