    Here we go again :)

  • Thank you!

Does anyone have this and the Sony? Which one do you prefer?

    • +1

I do and prefer the Bose for the comfort and ease of switching between multiple devices. The Sonys only connect to one device at a time and have to be switched off and on to be paired with a different device. Sound wise, the Sonys are slightly ahead but not as bass heavy as Bose. Haven't tried making calls with either but I read somewhere that Sony's mic isn't very good.

  • Does this come with full tax receipt, including ABN?

    • +3

Yes it does come with full tax receipt and includes ABN.
The only "mistake" on my tax receipt was that it didn't show the actual value. It showed $460, so I had to ask TRS to refund tax on $460 instead of $368.

      • Thanks for the confirmation. You must've had a TRS agent who was feeling particularly nice that day.

      • scoMo will not be happy. There goes the NDIS funding.

      • +1

That isn’t a mistake. The amount paid is the full price with eBay kicking in the difference. So the GST paid by you would be on the full price. So your GST refund reflects that.

  • Thanks OP. Missed out on the Myer deal but pulled the trigger on this. Airline adapter as well.
From peoples experience is Videopros delivery quick?

    • It arrived 4 business days after ordering for me (after 6 days if you include the weekend), with an exact estimated delivery date provided the day after ordering.
I ordered in pm, near the end of the business day.

    • Where's a good place to get an airline adapter? :)

      • +1

MY QC35 originals came with adaptor, so I would think these should too.

Also just FYI, I've found my last few flights I didn't even need an adaptor, the planes just had a standard 3.5mm socket.

        • Was thinking I'd like a bluetooth adapter for the plane :)

        • +1

@LittleMiss: Do you mean to transmit from the plane seat socket to your headphones? If so, this seems very unnecessary, as the included cable works fine, and still allows for noise cancellation.

        • @happykamper: Only just saw this comment! Yep, I know that - I was more wondering what the airline adapter was for then, which I assumed would just allow listening to the headphones on the entertainment system by bluetooth. Definitely not a necessity!

  • I purchased the airline adapter in the same transaction from videopro

    • Are airline adapters not included with QC35 II?

      • No, unfortunately an airline adapter is not included.
My opinion: for a premium headphone, they should have included that though.

        • so the first edition of the QC35s do, and the 2nd version doesn't? :(

    • I can't find their adapter in their store :s

  • Looking to buy these as a gift and estimated arrival date is at least 2 weeks. Wondering if JB would price match this? Anyone tried?

    • I received an email 4 hours after purchase that my item has been shipped so doubt it will take as long as quoted in the “estimated arrival time”. Should have them by Friday I reckon.

  • Anyone bought the BOSE QC 35 2 from Videopro, I have not bought before, just want to check if their stocks are grey imports, or brand new original Bose Aus stock?
    Would appreciate feedback. Thanks

  • I got mine very quickly. Happy with them but they absolutely reek of chemicals. It's fading but it's not pleasant.
