Apple Series 3 watches are on sale at the moment at Harvey Norman. Unfortunately the cellular ones aren't on sale only the gps models. Went to JbHiFi and got a price match for the 42mm Nike+ space grey one for $448.

    They do in store, might have to call your nearest store to check stock. Don't know why they don't have it on their website.

        How long ago?
        The US stores started a non-published price match policy around 12 months ago.

      I got it price matched with no hassles (they even know about the Harvey Norman price). Very painless and I used multiple gift cards without a problem.

      Had Very Bad experience for Price Match at DJ CBD Melbourne Store whenI asked them to Price Match Apple TV against Official Myer eBay Store which they didn't as they don't consider Any Australian retailer store as Retail Store on eBay. And the worst part is their Customer Relation deptt doesn't care about Customer Service and the lady Manager is the worse.Hope you get positive experience.

  Can other smart watches do the following when paired with an iphone:

  • monitor "health" (pulse, I believe) and share it with the iphone, like Apple Watch,
  • let me answer a call (and then it's through the iphone in my headphones)

  or do I have to buy Apple's one to do those things?

  I don't think I need many extra apps or to even read messages on it (would be a + however).

  Just looking for something cheaper and/or less prone to scratches.
