    I received an Aus Post email on Monday that a shipment from "*" is on its way, only the screen arrived today, nothing else. I never received a shipping notification from CoOp and no partial refund. I sent an email request as to the status of the remainder of the items. There may be some hope yet.

      Received an email from Coop today that the remainder of the order was ready for collection from the AG warehouse. I phoned them today and they said yes it was ready for collection. I explained that I paid for shipping then the story changes that they were having stock issues and could not send out. How can this be ????? After back and forth questioning she replied that the collection email was an error. The goods will be two to three weeks before they would be available for shipping. I suppose this will be the last order I place with Coop after this debacle.

        Just an update. Last week I received a survey via email from Coop about my recent transaction and I slammed them.

        I received an email from their Head of Customer service this morning apologising for the treatment I received from their CS staff and canceling /refunding the remainder of the order and giving a $30 voucher to spend online for the inconvenience.

        I politely responded to stick the voucher as I won't be buying from them in future.

        I won't be buying or recommending Coop from here on in.

  My other order just got cancelled as well. Never again coop. You guys can have the next sale, I'm done with this lot, just as well we've always bought textbooks within the family from other sources. Revoked my +ve post too and would have negged it if I could.

  Mine has been canceled too. I asked why and the reply was:

  "Due to an error in our inventory levels we are unable to fulfil your order for the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Sbc. We have cancelled your order and a refund will be processed within 24 hours."……..

  Received 1 out of 4 items within 2 days. No sign of the other 3, including the Pi.
  Got onto them today and was told the Australia Geographic store in Koltara would fulfil the order but couldn't say when.

  Pretty poor service.

  I just got a partial refund email which contains all of the items I paid for and yet they want to refund me $20 less.

  I have sent them an email since their phone number for support is disconnected. Does anyone have a good number for them?

  Mine just got refunded too, 11 days after I placed the order. Bloody annoying. They could at least give a reason in the email for the cancellation…

  Just got my partial refund.
  I ordered the Pi, power supply, case and SD card.
  They shipped me the SD card immediately and today I get a refund for the other 3 items.

  When I asked for a refund on the SD card, they said take it to one of their shops for a refund.
  There are 3 uni's in Brisbane listed as co-op shops and none close to my place. Bugger tripping to one of them to refund a $9 SD card.
