BCF is having a 20% sale on Dometic fridge/freezers which is not unusual.
Brings the price of the CFX50 down to $1079.20 ($1041.43 with 3.5% cash back at Cashrewards). Not the cheapest price around, but they're also including a 33L Ice Box valued at $149 which makes it not a bad deal.

  It needs either a 12v battery or 240v supply to run it.
  
  I’ve got the CFX65 and it’s got a USB for charging phones.

I got the CFX40 last week and am very happy with it. I paid $919 with the insulating cover included (around $150 worth) at BCF. I just asked them to match Snowys everyday price as advised by somebody else from here (thanks whoever that was!). Might save yourself a few bucks by comparing their prices.

BCF has all model number changed to CFXW instead of CFX. They're trying really hard to stop price matching just like Officeworks.

      Yes .. when the large retailers have enough power to buy a custom product and the product is actually different .. but this fridge is not an example of thiat. It the same product whether it is CFX50, CFXW50, CFX50W .. just sloppy consistency through the supply chain.

      Yes, you're right, however, the older models were controlled via a dedicated Dometic gadget whereas models with "W" via wifi app on a smartphone.

      Good saving, but a 100L single zone fridge is an interesting choice. I'd want a dual zone at that size personally.
