    The credit card section showed up much later after the details section was up. (for the tv)

    I did Xbox, DJI and LG tv.

    All I got was salt.

    Did they confirm if "order pending" can mean that you are simply in line if orders before get cancelled, or is it only pending that your entry is valid?

      I think you are in line. Mine was pending for the myer 100 gift card and a confirmation email came an hour later.

      They confirmed to be via facebook chat that people who got the email has basically got the item unless if they don't meet the terms n conditions (name not subscribed/already won another item etc). If you got the the "order pending" screen and didn't receive an email, then you're in the line. Means you most likely won't get it.

      Put it this way,
      Let's say they have 200 TV in stock and 250 people wins. the first 200 to purchase the item fast gets the email which means they've most likely won while the other 50 people are on waiting list. So if someone has already won an item, then the 201 fastest person will get the item.

        Ok thanks, that's what I assumed, not sure why they couldn't have been clear about this. Or better yet, have a different screen that says that you almost made it and are in the line for a chance to win.

    Ever since they've moved from Shopify (eCommerce platform they used in Nov 2017), I find it extremely dodgy. They said it was to "prevent fraud". Anyways, have 3 order pendings.

    Did anyone press the purchase button and NOT get order pending?

    With the amount of people getting 3 or 5 orders with no email, I'm guessing the sold out check is probably only done when entering the page, and anyone that manages to fill in details get order pending.

    People with "pending orders" but no pending email and CC charge are unlikely to receive any items. Per the CF FB page:

    […] If it was a pending website page, this is the transition page and is not a pending order. If you have a pending transaction on your credit card, or an order email, then this would indicate you are in the queue of pending orders. Otherwise unfortunately this would indicate that you have not been successful this time round.

      Still incredibly ambiguous. It literally says "order pending", but apparently it's not a "pending order". What? In other words, they screwed you but instead of explaining what actually happened, they are trying to pretend like there is nothing to see.

      I've been waiting for them to call people that got to the order pending page with no email or credit card activity either hackers or their new favorite word fraudsters. Surprisingly hasn't happened (yet).

        I think they are going with a new tactic this year; the complete ignorance and denial stage. Tbh, I would rather have something saying I didn't win rather than have something saying "order pending" but not actually pending.

          Yeah, obviously they need to tell us clearly if we won or not instead of leaving us in limbo. Just an email saying that the order was unsuccessful because of reason X. Done. So easy.

          EDIT: in above post which I can't edit, I meant to write "screwed up" not "screwed you" :)

          We would like to advise that all successful orders for the 'Go Nut's' deals have now been confirmed. If you have not received a notification regarding a confirmed order, unfortunately it has not been successful this time around

          Thanks. Clear in the sense that we can be sure we didn't win. But I haven't gotten any email with this information (I'm guessing you found that on their Facebook?). And technically they also haven't clearly explained that "order pending" just meant we were in line to maybe win. The message posted about how "order pending" doesn't mean you have a "pending order" was anything but clear.

          Anyway, I'll stop venting, they are just such a frustrating company :) see you all in November

          EDIT: or maybe this is in an email I haven't gotten get. I just got the clues for the Dyson vacuum etc from Wednesday, so maybe I'll get this email sometime next week.

        As I understand they have been calling some people on the phone but not others. I suspect the winners of higher value items will receive a call for verification purposes. They have been working away with orders today and several people are reporting getting tracking confirmation details. In all cases these are people who received an order pending confirmation EMAIL with an order number.

        I think if you got to the "Order Pending" web page but did not receive an email, you are unlikely to get any communication that you were unsuccessful. I think they will only contact people who had a pending order email with a order number that were unsuccessful.

    Still no email and still -$3 in my bank account. I'll either get an email saying that my xBox is on the way or I'll have to wait a while to see that $3 returned to me. Now it's a waiting game..

    Just some clarification on the above:
    If you got the the order pending screen BUT got NO email and NO charge then they have sent out emails confirming you are not a winner.

    If you got to the order pending screen AND got an email AND got a pending charge then, if you haven't already received a confirmation email, you may still receive confirmation soon.

    Received an item today for those wondering. Interestingly - the pre-authorisation was not confirmed and we got our money back, so it ended up being free.
