With that time frame, even if you post same day you're looking at only making it for areas in the same city or you're posting express.
..which could be worth it. If its a high value listing, and a small item, paying the extra few bucks to upgrade it would make sense.

      agree… suitable for very few

Post within 2 days is ok. With AustSlowPost, you'd be lucky if you receive it within the same suburb within 2 days.
    TT total nonsense.

    • Yea how does Australia post go backwards in delivery times.
Same state used to be next day few years back, now it’s 2 days or 3.
They changed there service to upsell the express packs.

  • Doesn't work. No credits are applied.

I have delivery within 1 day, EGD set, all working, confirmed with staff that their tracking indicates every item being delivered 1 day later than it actually is.

I got 3 credits but had to raise a ticket for each credit; out of around 300 eligble egd items. I also went as far as querying their API to confirm EGD was used rather than fast n free postage option and yep.

So it depends on a few things; system actually working, buyer being targetted for egd and you being able to deliver the NEXT day of order (they add 1 day to each delivery taken from Australia Post as their system uses Temando and it doesnt reflect delivery times.

Further, if your item is post office dropped, ineligble as the person has to collect before declared delivered.

This might as well exclude WA then 😂

    • How about NT?

      • No, NT is not covered within Express Post area.

    • You can get Express Post for parts of WA.

    What a ridiculous offer.

    • Puts pressure on Australia's poor delivery standard though. Makes sellers ask why tracking and attempt to deliver at appropriate times agent better.

Lazy AusPost card my works letterbox half the time despite us having a 7am to 6pm staffed goods inwards counter and reception and daily mailbag pickup. Tracking which never updates as delivered. Lazy AF.

Making shippers angry about lost bonuses is a good way to light a fire under their butts.
