This code worked for me on a hotel that the Mastercard deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/370027) didn't.
Hope it works for others too.
I find they have one of the worst rewards programmes. The discount is not applied on taxes, can't earn or redeem reward nights if you use a voucher, rewards expire if you don't earn further reward nights within a year.
I find they have one of the best reward programs (compared to all their sister sites). Stack with CR for savings greater than most coupons out there. The price match guarantee also ensures you pay the lowest available rate.
They tend to be more expensive although I've booked a lot through them in the past. I find Agoda to be a better option.
+1 for Agoda, although I check all over the Internet for hotel deals, I almost always end up booking through them because they are the cheapest/best features.
Don't they also price match? So possible to earn rewards might too.
I tend to book with whoever has highest cashback then do a price match with whoever has lowest price (e.g. Agoda)
Remember to take screenshot of low price before you book elsewhere though as after your booking the price may change or you may have booked the last one
They do. But ceebs haha. It's good if you want to collect it for their free nights rewards system.
I always go, Cash Rewards > Hotels.com > book > search for cheapest price elsewhere > get hotels.com to match and refund the difference.
That way you get the benefit of their 1 night free after 10 nights + cash back
