Greetings everyone, it has been over 6 months since this was last posted and I believe it's worthy of a re-post especially considering that stores such as Chemist Warehouse haven't ran free shipping for a while. I have used this service more times than I can imagine and it has been awesome.

If you have already signed up for a Shipster trial before, you can just start a new trial using a different email address with the same payment details (or different if that's easier).

In order to get Shipster to apply on purchases on these websites, the emails must match for both websites.

Cancellation Details:

You can cancel your Shipster membership by either:

  • Cancelling within your shipster account HERE and clicking cancel.
  • OR Cancelling within Paypal if that's the payment method you have signed up with (Most preferable). Go HERE and cancel the active subscription named "Australian Postal Corporation".

Once you cancel within Shipster or Paypal, your trial will continue until the 2 months is up.

Terms:

Following the 2 month trial offer, you will be automatically charged $6.95 per month until you cancel your Shipster subscription. Note your credit card will be charged $1 as a pre-authorisation transaction. The $1 will be reversed within 5 business days. The trial offer is only available to new subscribers of Shipster.

    Worked from within Kogan, haven't tried elsewhere, biggest issue is remembering which burner email was used.

    What I'll probably end up doing is this:

    If purchasing from a covered retailer where the shipping is around $7 or more, sign up for the service for a month and immediately cancel.

    Then repeat when needed.

    I can't see this being worth $84 per year, but at $7 per month where needed it's reasonable value.

      I found the conditions somewhat restrictive. Your order must be over $25 (before shipped, after discounts) & the shipping cost they calculate must be less than $20 otherwise you don't get free shipping (not even a discount on shipping if shipping is over $20).
      With a bit of shopping around other places are usually cheaper.

        I guess the best bit is that they allow a single month with the ability to cancel it straight after that.

        So you can just do the calculations prior to purchase - if it fits, then there's no reason not to sign up for that purchase.

        It's basically a win-same situation, you can't lose out.
