    You would have to call up to get your invoice and customer number… if not how can u pay?

    They have to generate a bill to issue a reference number. Without it, you can't prepay. I've waited 4 months and finally got my bill yesterday.

      once you get bill, you can click on pay and pay how much ever you want to.

      i thought you can pay over the phone ?

          @SydOzber: Didn't even need to wait for a read. They have the account and reference numbers available once the accounts activated.

          Just had to request it.
